Whitney and Alexander were EXTREMELY helpful getting my monthly bill resolved. Alexander took the time to sit down and help me get the best monthly plan! Highly recommend coming into the store for all Verizon needs rather than calling customer service!

Jolie and Whitney at the Knox Henderson store n Dallas were so amazing! They were so helpful, friendly and ver knowledgeable! So thankful for these ladies to help some over 60’s non tech people!

Deleon and Alex were great! I visited this store on last Thursday. Although the store was busy, they kept us updated with a proper wait time and also multitasked to get my services rendered in a timely fashion. They both were very personable and friendly. I will definitely make all of my visits to this particular store just to see them for any future Verizon wireless needs. Big shoutout and thanks to them!

The manager here at this store is horrendous (Angelica Zamora). Verizon took my trade in phone and never followed through with the trade in credits in value of $1000. When we went in store the manager told us there was nothing she can do. When we said this basically means that Verizon committed theft she immediately started yelling at us, would not let us get a word in, and then finished by saying she was calling the cops? I have never in my life been treated so outrageously.

Walked in to port a number to Verizon. Staff could not have been less helpful. "I can't do that" was the only response I got from the sales clerk. When I asked him he could say that in a different way, "No I can do that". The manager was equally as unhelpful. They made me call a Verizon help desk. Why even have these stores? They could reduce our bills by shutting down this expensive real estate and not paying for the unhelpful staff.

A huge THANK YOU to Whitney and her team at this store this past Sunday, January 14th. They were wonderful! They helped me get my new phone set up and really took their time. This is my new store. I've been with Verizon since 1997 and I'll always be a loyal customer. I highly recommend this Verizon wireless store!

Looooove this location! First time I’ve been, and it will be my go to from now on! Darius was so incredibly helpful when we had to transfer back to an old phone (after an accident with a new one). He also walked us through replacement process and how to use our insurance. I am so grateful!!! Everyone working at this location is so friendly. Thank you!

Services was fast but parking was horrible ?.Good luck with finding a parking spot I went on Saturday morning at 11:00 very busy area she recommending getting another location with additional parking for your customers.
