I have been with Verizon for 3 years and I have hated every minute. Id rather have spectrum or cricket - what a joke. The service is trash and the way they always try to sell you something and then drag out you paying off the device at the end. Now that I'm nearing the end of paying for my devices - my bill has gone up almost 100.00. I hate Verizon and would recommend you just stay away. At&t here we come !!!!!!!!

Manuel Sanchez was amazing! I love my new phone and he made the whole process of switching over a complete breeze!!!! I got to keep my number and he got everything transferred over, including the layout of my old phone!! He has great customer service, and all around I had the best experience with my phone service! I highly recommend Verizon and Manuel if you’re looking for a great deal and easy switch!

Meny Sanchez was so awesome!! It was time for my upgrade I tried to do it myself on the app but I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure how it worked so I came up here today. Spoke to Meny and he helped me out so much and now I have a brand new phone heading my way! He honestly was so patient with me and I appreciated that because I was being indecisive because of price. He helped me find one in my budget and now I can FINALLY rid of this iPhone 12! Bye bye lightening cable hello type c!! lol and hopefully a better battery! Anyway I just wanted to say he was great and had exceptional customer service. Thank you for everything!!! Can’t wait to receive my iPhone 16!!!!!🙏🙏🙏

Worst verizon! Came in to store to get a new phone as marketed and they required me to trade in my old phone and that is not specified nowhere! Guess just had to do it online and not wasting my time coming to store

Trash internet coverage impossible to leave a review on Verizon’s main website so I’ll leave it here. I think you would have better reception getting literally any other phone plan. My wife has T-mobile and the difference is night and day between how well our internet service works. If you’re reading this do not get a Verizon phone plan getting anything else.

Manuel was so helpful, professional and kind. He was kind to my daughter, and made us both feel comfortable. He made for such a smooth transition for me, and helped me with an insurance claim. Will absolutely come back to this store!

Trash Customer service…I’m not the only one that walked out. Stood in the lobby after being checked in for over 15 mins. No one said a word to me after checking me in. Maybe that’s just how they react to customers at this location. Go the Verizon on 635 before wasting your time here.
