I visited this store location for resolution of a problem with my Verizon cell phone account. I had previously tried to resolve it through the use of My Verizon, but was unable to do so. I then visited another Verizon store located at the intersection of Campbell Road and Coit Road in Dallas, where I spoke with a representative who couldn't be less interested assisting me. She ended up telling me to call Verizon and keep pressing 0 to connect with a live person. Before going to T-Mobile or AT&T, I decided to try one more Verizon store for assistance. At the LBJ and Montford Road location, I met Truly. He is new on the job, but he went out of his way to assist me and resolved the problem I was having. Truly is an asset to Verizon and to this store location. He took his time, listened to me, and resolved the problem I was experiencing. Throughout our transaction, Truly was professional, pleasant, courteous, and determined to help me resolve my issue. Once the problem was resolved, Truly answered some questions I had on new phones and showed me a few that fit my needs. He even looked up plans and prices for me. If you need assistance with any Verizon product or plan, I highly recommend Truly. He restored my confidence in Verizon and retained me as a Verizon customer.

I had a great experience with Truly and the other Verizon team members. Everyone there is very helpful, professional and a little humorous which is always nice when your initial situation is stressful. Truly assisted me with ordering a new phone and temporarily activating one of my older devices.

I got the goat Jonathan and Truly today, only to find out the other location did not put a SIM card in my device. As disappointed as I was, I was so very thankful both gentleman made it easy to resolve. They had no issue I was asking for help due to another location’s error. Jonathan even explained the new internet box I may try for free for a month. He also got me Hulu at a reasonable price.
I am so thankful for the positive experience. Ask for Jonathan and Truly and you’ll be very happy!

I had the worst Internet service, then even worse experience, trying to cancel service with Verizon. They continued to charge my credit card six months after I return their Internet box with refusal to fix wrongful charges/the promised Emailed “48 hour ticket confirmations” of any conversations with Customer Service and False promises.
I had to hire a credit agency to fight the charges and get my credit back to normal with zero help from Verizon’s end. It was an extreme headache and hassle with hours wasted on the phone.
