TC was a great help and went above and beyond to help out. As a business owner having a great customer service and support is vital to a business. TC was exactly that and more. Verizon hopefully you keep this employee or raise her because I will steal her if not.

I own a small business and need a working phone. every day all the time. The sales contact was not helpful in the least getting my phone to work. While I didn't need any data from the old phone, I would have expected a small amount of help getting the new phone set up.This is my first interaction w this store where they didn't make sure the phone worked and could make a phone call prior to leaving.

Today I went into the store to ask for help with my phone that is not getting text messages and FaceTime calls, after maybe 2mins of sending himself text messages back on forth on my phone and going into setting (mind you I did all of that myself at home) he says I don't know what's wrong with your phone there's nothing I can do! I asked well can you ask a coworker maybe they know another option or something to do. He tells me his been there the longest so they wouldn't know, when I said well I'm in the store I came all the way but here for help is there really nothing we can do? He says to me you wouldn't go to Walmart and ask them for help with your computer, I replied of course not they are not dell, your the Verizon store! He got loud so I left the store phone still not working, I've now called into the help desk, but the point is that he didn't even try or at less make it look like he was trying and the store was not busy what would it have hurt to ask another employee for their assistance!

The non-binary person (please correct me if this adjective is wrong) with the locs that they have as one of the “managers” is extremely rude, completely lazy, and wastes your time. I was there to pickup internet routers. I was told my order was ready, but when I got there it was not. I left, came back & stayed in there for HOURS after being told my order was ready and it was not again. I never got my order that day. They were extremely combative when I tried to explain to them how they should have handled the situation and how to be better in the future. It was even too late to go to another Verizon location. After being fed up of their lies, arrogant and unprofessional demeanor, I asked for their manager’s information. Under no circumstance should customers have their time deliberately wasted and met with insults when calling out incompetence. They then waste my time AGAIN by going to the back to get their “manger’s” business card. They took 20 minutes (after I’d already been there 3 hours) and walked out with THEIR business card, NOT the manger’s info I asked for. This is a reflection of extremely deceptive business practices and I hope that this person receives some type of disciplinary action, wasting someone’s time and being dishonest is really how businesses end up bankrupt. A true poor reflection of Verizon.

My mother and I entered this store intending to transfer our phone lines to Verizon. We opted for Verizon due to its reputed excellent customer service. The representative assisting us was Jesus Rocha. Regrettably, he exhibited reluctance to perform his duties and was notably disrespectful to my mother. He suggested that "she needed money to cover taxes on the phones," implying she couldn't afford them. It's important to note that my mother's proficiency in English is limited.Additionally, he failed to transfer my phone number, attributing the mistake to misinformation from my previous phone company. However, upon rechecking, it turned out to be the same information I had provided earlier that day. Consequently, I had to handle the phone number transfer myself, despite being in the store. Moreover, I was trading in my old cellphone at the store, but he handed me a box with a return label, instructing me to return the phone myself at a UPS store.When I requested to speak with a manager due to these issues, Jesus Rocha was resistant and claimed a manager would simply echo his statements. Nevertheless, I insisted on speaking to one. He assured me a manager would call back within an hour, but despite waiting and reaching out, no follow-up occurred.

Verizon customer service recommended I go in-person to a store to resolve an error my phone was saying "phone not activated" since all their troubleshooting over chat was unsuccessful and the troubleshooting would need to be done by a verizon employee physically on my device and that if it can be resolved, they could set me up to get a replacement device. I set an appt including the reason for it, and went during my lunch break. The employees tell me it is a network/service issue and I "just have to wait it out". I mention I was told they could troubleshoot it, and they said to just restart my phone, which i'd already done 6 times. I also let them know this same issue happened 10 days ago for about 1 hour and likely will keep happening so whatever troubleshooting could be done, I wanted done, or I would like to pursue a replacement. They were dismissive and told me they can't help me, just wait it out, and that if I want a replacement it's on my own cost - despite their network/service issue causing my device to malfunction. I take care of my phone, it is only 4 months old. They also tried to say they can't talk to me about the issue since I am not an authorized user on the account. I had to call my sister from their landline who the account is under and have her screenshot a picture to my google voice phone number showing that I am an authorized account manager and then all of the sudden they could "see" that I was listed as one on their tablet.....Top it all off that despite setting an appt, the individual helping me walked away and started helping another customer while I was in the middle of talking to my sister rather than finishing up the concern with me. Finish my concern and my appt, then go help the walk-in customer......Either employees need to be trained on troubleshooting and fixing issues that are obviously repeating issues, or a replacement device should be free of cost if it's verizon's fault. Completely poor service.11/29/23: Spoke to tech support that evening (11/6) on the phone from 7-830pm (since my service was finally working again) and he did so much troubleshooting - had me reset things on my phone, did things on his end, ordered a support ticket for verizon to check the cell towers in my home and work areas, helped order a new sim card for me to replace in my phone, etc. ALL things the gentleman with tech support said that the in-store employees SHOULD have and are CAPABLE of doing. By Sat 11/11 all the various steps had been completed and, not shockingly, now I have not had any network/service issues since then (2.5 weeks later). Maybe if the in-store employees at this location had actually just done their job, I would have had to waste 1.5 hours on the phone with tech support. This store really needs to get their act together.....

Nino lack the product knowledge to help with my selection but the real problem is, when I decided to move forward with a new line watch add on. Vague explanation on how this would affect my bill. No help setting up the device. Once the sale was done he told me he was going to come back to help me and then ended up helping another customer total disregard to me. I ended up having to call customer service to help me set up the device. The found out for the insurance he didn't even give me all options, told me only one option which was the most expensive one for insurance. Do not recommend.

Jesus was pretty incompetent. Generally sales people at this location are competent and dishonest. You enter and 7 of them are just staring at their own phone. They told me I could turn the phone in there, I couldn’t. They put the wrong name on the contract. They put the wrong address on the contract.Update: the auto reply they make to criticism is just for show. They don’t fix anything.

I should have listened to the other reviews. I am so upset I gave them any commission off my sale. I came to this store for a new iPhone. After dropping over 1K for a phone, they were almost NO help in transferring my data and phone number to the new device. Staff was exceedingly dismissive, disinterested, and inattentive. Left the store after 2 hours with a brand new phone that DOESN'T WORK. Going to a different store tomorrow, I suggest you do too. OH- terribly low selection in all cases and accessories as well.

Where’s your sales team? Walked in the store this afternoon ready to buy two 15Pros. The first person said they weren’t available and were on back order til November and that he couldnt tell us the difference between the 15Pro and the regular 15 (my son would have been happy with the latter). The second woman (who was slightly more helpful) said the camera was different but we would have to watch a video or ask apple. I’ve had Verizon for 18 years and have always had impeccable service until today. I got in my car and bought two 15Pros that arrive at my house TOMORROW. Really laughable “service” at that location and there’s no excuse. Multiple people on the floor and few customers. Oh and when my son asked if they had iPhone cases for his 13, the guy pointed at the wall and didn’t keep old ones in stock (and if that’s true it’s different than it used to be because I know you guys used to have drawers full).

Alarming poor customer service. I wanted to get a new line but it feels like i was bothering. The person taking care of me was rude while the others too busy with their phones.

The lady (yet looks and tries to act like a man) with the dreads was horrible. She didn't want to help at all and tried to charge a $30 fee for a report of call logs. Got on the phone and they sent it out for free. Horrible attitude.
