“Venue was nice and well kept. Bathrooms clean. We went for a comedy show. There was food which looked good. And drinks. Not sure how drinks worked if it was sell till they sell out or shut it down early. The show went till 10pm but drinks and staff all totally gone at 9pm I could have spent more, and was a little sad I couldn't get more to drink.”

“Unique. Amazing. Fun. This event venue is over the top! I had my 50th birthday party here and it was the best night. Eric makes everything super easy and has all the connections. I used his recommendations for the DJ, the caterer, the photographer and the bar tender. I love the fact that he also allows you to bring in your own alcohol. The decor and the set up made for the most beautiful pictures. I can't wait to get my pics from the photographer! I would highly recommend Quixotic for any event!”

“This hotel is a gem. Comfy, spacious, well located with a great and professional team. I was in town for business and the conference hotel was too pricey. I stayed at Zaza and didn't regret it! Water pressure was strong, robe and slippers provided, room was HUGE with a balcony. Will stay again.”
“Love the atmosphere! Chairs were a little uncomfortable. Ticket guy was rude. Rest of the staff was great. Barkeep was very accommodating! My 19 yr old loves mocktails and he had no problem making her a drink of sprite, orange juice, and grenadine. Diet coke was good, not watered down. Price was decent, $7 for both. Overall we really enjoyed our visit! It was worth the 3 hr drive. Would come here again!”
“This was quite the night. The candles were a great feature and the musicians were solid. I really enjoyed talking to the members of Listeso String Quartet and their performance was over the top. I also learned that one of them is playing on a 290 year old fiddle.Not only do they play classical music, but they also do modern renditions that sound amazing. We are certainly planning on going again, Metallica should be really cool.”

“Was there for a business event. Decor was very nice, event space was roomy. The food was tasty although cold when served as the waitstaff was very slow in serving it. They were sloppy during cleanup and left several dinner plates on our table after the meal despite numerous reminders to please cleanup.”
“We had our daughter's XV birthday party here in November 2023 and the truth is that everything was perfect! Mrs. Luisa always pays attention to every detail prior to the party. On the day of the party we didn't have to worry about anything, we just attended and enjoyed the party like any other guests. Thank you very much for being so attentive and for a wonderful night ”

The area offers options for walking/running/jogging by the lakeside. During nights, the area lights up well and is quite safe for taking walks along the lakeside.”

“Stayed here for a night when we were going to a show at the Rustic. Perfect location, as it was just a short walk, ~2 blocks. Hotel was very clean and seemed new. Stacey the valet was amazing, very personable and kind. He told us to make sure we checked out the view on the 8th floor. There was a nice rooftop bar/lounge up there. I had breakfast off the main lobby, there was a buffet and a la carte menu. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others needing to stay in that part of town, Uptown/West Village.”

“The atmosphere was a 5. The staff was friendly. The set up was great. I really enjoyed myself. ? The food needs more flavor. I order the lemon pepper wings and the nawl's dry rub but couldn't taste the difference. I also had the wedge salad but the egg white was a little too soft. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely go back.”

“I took the Downward Dogs and Deadlifts class here and loved it! It was a great way to start off a Saturday morning. Jen and Dave have created a cool class combining yoga and strength training that is accessible to all skill levels. You can choose multiple dumbbell weights to tailor your workout, and the class concludes with a guided stretch and Savasana. Bonus: we listened to fun, energetic music that helped me get through the sets!”

“Excellent hotel with superior service. Rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location, next to a major freeway and the Market Center is good, although parking is expensive. There's a very good restaurant on the property, plus a pool and workout facility. The view of downtown Dallas from the pool deck is nice and everything is well maintained.
Safety: The hotel felt secure and the staff were vigilant.”
“We used this event center for a themed charity event in April 2024. Lisa and her staff were fantastic to work with and very accommodating. For example: There were threats of rain and we had a band playing outside on the patio. We decided the event must go on. 2 hours into the event and it began to rain. The band took their equipment to safety inside for protection. Next thing I knew without even asking, Lisa and her crew put up a tent for them to play under and our band was playing again. In addition, we had a few last minute request for extra tables. It was no problem and quickly handled. It is this type of service that has us booking this event center again. We are looking forward to working with Lisa and her crew again next year in 2025.”
