Horrible service. Purchased a $45 lighter, The gentleman wrote my full name and contact information down, I returned it within a few days untouched, explain to him I simply needed to exchange the same exact item that was on the shelf because it was defective, and he did not give me any sort of refund or exchange offer. I would've loved to purchase two more, but that rubbed me the wrong way.
