Requested oil change. Promised $55. Leave and see he left me with $87 charge. Quality not even good. BAD QUALITY. Left me with an oil leak and charged me for fees on paper that weren't even included WITHOUT TELLING ME BEFOREHAND. Not worth it. DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR TIME

Stopped by for service on my son's vehicle and Colton assisted us with prompt and professional service that was second time none . He was very helpful and nice had great knowledge of what we needed and took care of my son's vehicle in a timely manner. Did an outstanding job . I would recommend his service to anyone for great customers service well done thanks to Colton. Calvin

Upon arrival, Rico didn't greet me or anything, just hastily told md to to pull my car to the back, which threw me off since I was already parked at the back. I informed him it was my first time there and wanted to ask one question. To which he responded, our mecanos are busy with customer car's right now. I was, in shock, he didn't even took the time to ask me if my question was related to a mechanical problem, which it wasn't. Then he told he was busy taking care of other clients, but everyone was sitting down and I was the only one standing at the counter. Clearly, he didn't want to help me. I ask me question anyway and he answered (I knows he could.) then, with an attitude gave the registration sheet told me yo fill it out and to have a seat. I couldn't happen to notice, there were two European descents and man did some ass kidding yo the white girls that had UT Southwestern scrubs. Obviously races, but he's Latino. Definitely hating on his own culture. He even complimented one of the girls last name and she told him it was polish and he was all impress. Poor thing. I feel sorry for him, drooling over the white girls; who can care less about him

Do not go to this place for an inspection. COMPLETE SCAM. The manager tried to charge me $220 for new steering wheel fluid. Went to another place and they quoted me $5 for the exact same service. They also told me I needed new brakes to pass my inspection which I have been told other wise that is not true. Quoted me $1500 for the brakes. Bullshit!!!! Classic example of greedy car service shops taking advantage of people. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change and only an oil change. After two hours of waiting (I was one of the first people here after opening so I didn't have to wait on other cars) they called me out to tell me I needed new spark plugs, a new ignition coil, transmission service and coolant service. They literally took the spark plugs out to show me. While I appreciate being told what I can fix I didn't appreciate them doing this to my car when I only wanted an oil change and nothing else. I asked them if I could wait a few more days to handle the suggested repairs and they said yes of course. They very quickly put my car back together and when I went out to my car the hood wasn't even closed all the way and they didn't reset my oil life status, so I had to figure it out myself. Within ten minutes of me driving away my check engine light started flashing and my car started lurching. My car was working great when I pulled in and it just seems really fishy to me that it stopped working as soon as I drove away after they took things out that they weren't supposed to. Because of this I was unable to drive to Houston for a wedding later that day and had to buy a very expensive plane ticket 3 hours before departure. I'm an extremely forgiving person, but this really ruined my day and now I still have to go get my car fixed elsewhere because I don't trust them here.

This is my first time at the valvoline location and I will probably be coming here from now on. I came in for an oil change, and the service was quick and easy. The gentleman explained everything very clearly to me and I appreciated him pulling my filters to let me that it may be time to change them. The attendant was very friendly and respectful. Will definitely be coming back.

I've been going here for years for oil changes and have had great service. With the new manager, Carlos, that impeccable service has gotten even better. He's very helpful and does a really good job educating you on how to keep your car in tip top shape. Very glad to call this my shop of choice in my neighborhood.

Colton's service and expertise were exceptional. I initially visited for an oil change but was also experiencing transmission issues, indicated by the check engine light. When I shared my concerns with Colton, he provided honest insights and recommendations. Thanks to his guidance, I could resolve the issues, resulting in my car running better than ever. While I've always found their oil change service friendly and prompt, this experience was truly outstanding. I extend my gratitude to Colton and his team. I wholeheartedly recommend their service with a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
