Gabby came through for me. Easy to work with and great work done. The car looked great. The work was relatively minor number but they took care of a few other imperfections on the vehicle from other issues. She worked hard to get me the best price and kept me informed all the way. Would definitely refer future clients to Value Collision.

Value Collision is the best. I've been a customer a few times over the past decade for both insurance and non-insurance bodywork. Gabby cares about her customers, she treats you with respect, explaining the work to be performed. They work quick too, you'll be back on the road before you know it!

This Shop did an extremely great job on my car for the body work repair, everything is clear and smooth, the owner is very informative and helpful when I brought my car to the shop, she is very friendly, she even helped me dropped off few of my packages (they were on my backseat). The repair is quick considering the thunderstorm just hit us a month ago. This shop is 100% worth your time and I highly highly highly recommend to anyone needs any kind of body repair or mechanical work.

When you think of an auto shop, words like “trustworthy, integrity, care, honest, fair” don’t often come to mind. However, Auto Collision defies these stereotypes in every possible way.
After my BMW X3 was hit by a trailer, the front driver's side fender, wheel, rim, and side door were heavily damaged. On top of the shock of the accident, I had to deal with insurance, the lack of a vehicle, and the fear of being taken advantage of as a female with a BMW.
Before resorting to a dealership that would likely push for a new car sale, I researched diligently and found Auto Collision. From the moment I arrived, the owner, Gabby, greeted me warmly and professionally. Her knowledge and customer service made the entire process seamless.
Auto Collision has been in business for 15 years, and it’s clear they care deeply about their customers. They assisted with insurance communication, didn't overcharge, and ensured high-quality repairs. My car was returned spotless and in perfect condition. They even provided me with a vehicle until my insurance kicked in. I was bracing for a hefty bill, but their prices were surprisingly fair.
Gabby’s transparency, patience, and professional advice removed any fear of being taken advantage of. She eased my anxiety and ensured my car was repaired with care and integrity.
The name “Value Collision” truly fits this business. I highly recommend them. It’s easy to see why they have a well-deserved 5-star rating.

I was in a fender bender and value collision re-attached my bumper the same day to make sure I was safe to drive on the road. I feel they always look out for the best interest of the customer. Very efficient and wonderful customer service. Very accommodating! Definitely a trustworthy company!

Amazing experience working with Value Collision to get my car repaired! After getting backed into while parked just days before going on vacation, I called Gabriella who agreed to take the car in, help work with insurance to get all the body work covered (including making sure to replace both headlights to match even when only one was damaged), keep the car until I got back, and detail it before I picked it up. She was great at communicating each step of the process and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. It looks brand new, all thanks to Gabriella and her team!

The owner Gabriela Guzman is so kind and such a sweetheart!! I went here based off the google reviews and this place did not disappoint! Fast service, knowledgeable, and does not try to get over on the customer. The name says it all as they truly “value” their customers! I will be back!

I'm in awe! Left my car while I was out of town for a few days. Picked up my car today, and was thrilled. Not only was the repair perfect, but they also cleaned, waxed and detailed my ride. And the price was less than half of what the dealer's collision center quoted. Highly recommend!

Excellent Shop… I was hit by a couple of weeks ago and I just moved here to Dallas, I called Gaby the Owner of the Shop and she guided me on how to make the insurance claim and helped me with the rented car and the entire process of start to finish!! The best experience in customer service I will recommend to all my friends who need to fix their cars
