Pay at pump doesn't work. Restrooms are nasty. Cashier is rude. Basically if you're not running out of gas like I was just go to the next gas station.

just lazy ownership, you don’t see examples of bad customer service or slow checkout speeds at an indian owned store. do better or another gas station will open up taking sales.

This use to be a Valero owned store but Valero corporate sold it to Circle K about two years ago and they finally came around to change everything into full transaction Circle K. They no longer sell Valero gas and do not honor the Valero gas card. Guess I will have to find a Valero store around town somewhere. The signage on the gas station now reflex the Circle K insignia all over the property. Valero signage is completely done.

The beers are really cold, as they should be. QT sells the beers really warm and I don't like that.

This lady dead just WATCHED me stand there for 5 minutes IN THE DARK waiting on her to come to window. I come here every morning. Not anymore. Forgot it was a QT around the corner ugh

During a recent visit, I was accosted rudely by the manager (a short man with a flat-top haircut).Some of his gems were: "I remember you!" (like two or three times) and"I know who you are."He then proceeded to inform me that I had taken something without paying on another occasion. News to me.I suggest he improve his customer-service demeanor, as this was a really hurtful and terrible experience.Regarding his comment: "I know who you are," if he has supernatural abilities or ESP, I implore him to get his own show.Thanks for reading.

I always like to buy my lottery tickets in this store but I will never buy here again because they always tell me that they don't have money to exchange my winning tickets and even if they are less than 100 and one that had 100 told me the dark-haired man who was in favor It was my turn to go to another store because he couldn't change it for me and with great genius. I will not visit this store anymore.

Two bad experiences whenever I pay with a card they charge me twice the cashier told me that I did not pass the card so that I could put it back and then in my bank account I see a double charge from the same gas station.

The lady refused to serve my wife and I when we were out of fuel and said she did not have time to help us because she is mopping. She even refused to go to the after hours window. So disappointing and very poor customer service.
