Worst location I've ever dealt with. For over 4 years these people who deliver the mail constantly leave the whole door open, allowing anyone to get into everyone's mail in the complex. I've had my mail stolen frequently (with sensitive information by the way) just because these people are too lazy to close the door and lock it. It's unprofessional and unacceptable.

This place or their mail person for our neighborhood continually does not show up to deliver our mail. The keep saying delivery exception, animal interferance. There are no animals or interferance of animals at my home. I even waited today for them and no one ever showed up. This is becoming more common each month and I am tired of it. They suck. Period. Everytime it is a Saturday delivery. Hire people that do their job.

This post office is one of the worst post offices I ever had too deal with. They steal your mail. Scan it in and say it’s in your mailbox, but they do not put it in your mailbox. It should be a federal crime for couriers to steal mail. I am sooo sad today because of this. And I found out when I got home. Now they are closed. Prosecute mail thieves. Can the mail inspector in Fort Worth do anything about this? Unprofessional thieves

My favorite post office because of its staff. Post office errands are not always fun and lines can be excruciatingly long. However the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Especially the gentleman, who I’m ashamed to say I can’t recall his name, has the best attitude. He always has a smile and a kind word regardless of the stress and pressure on him. I’ve seen him provide his usual excellent service even when he’s all alone and the line out the door.
Everyone has bad days, but we should all be mindful not to take it out on others because they are typically faultless. A kind word and smile goes a long way to brighten another’s day.

Office staff has always been friendly, but they literally told me that this post office DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES TO APARTMENTS. It sounds insane, and I'm sure they're violating USPS policies, but most of the time they simply don't deliver packages. They leave a "sorry we missed you" note in your mailbox until you come to the post office to pick up your package.
Today I had a delivery, and the carrier didn't even come to my building, but he left a "sorry we missed you" note in my mailbox.
It's frustrating, because I live very close to the post office, and I wouldn't really mind picking up packages, but half the time I try to pick up a package they can't find it, and eventually they figure out it's on the mail carrier's truck, and then they try to tell me where the carrier is so I can go meet them. It's all super sketchy.

• Went in and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Warren was professional and assisted me without a problem. This place needs to fix their AC their workers deserve a comfortable place to work!

this location doesn't answer the phones nor are they helpful in person. I will pay extra to avoid snail mail handling my packages. Paid extra for expedited shipping just to have my package delayed 3 day, what a joke.

Per usual my mail goes MIA. I see photos of it in the Informed Delivery and still weeks later nothing. It's almost always cards send from family and friends so I suspect someone on the inside is hoping to find gift cards or money. I post on this particular post office because this is the one that delivers my mail.

Driver put a sorry missed you tag in my mail box but never delivered my package. Had to go and pick up my package the next day due to the driver hadn’t returned my package back to post office.

It’s Monday March 4 @ 8:37am and place is not open yet??? It’s not a holiday and people are waiting to get attended. Picking up a package ? and there is no sign of employees. They should be open at 8:30am.

Any boxes I receive that are larger than shoe box are marked as undelivered because “mailbox was full” or “box oversized” I feel this is just laziness because they don’t want to properly deliver the item how they’re supposed to. When you try to say something to the clerks when you pick up the item from the post office yourself, they are extremely rude, uncooperative, and angry at you. Worst postoffice location I’ve even had to interact with.
