The wonderful emoloyees here at this location have gone above and beyond to make sure i got my package on time and in good shape. I was freaking out and very upset at the situation and the women over the phone (i didnt get her name) called her driver and got everything figured out. Fast. Wow, i am insanely happy with the customer service!!! Thank you!

Money orders or valuables at the post office
Never send it as a parcel. The black woman postman takes it all.
I barely found that a black man had taken $2,000 in money.
The black woman said I gave her $2,000, so she just took it.
Does this make sense??

I love this facility the staff Shelly, Ron, and Ms. Denita are so nice with great sense of humor. Also, they get you out in a timely manner. Very informative, helpful, and just great customer service skills. Come check them out...

The supervisor looked at me as if I was STUPUD or talking an alien language when I was asking her about a certified letter I didn't receive. She incompetent, useless, rude and unpleasant.

They never attempt to deliver packages more than once...so make sure you're not in the restroom when they come or good luck getting your package

After a station manager named "JOHN PRIDE" arrived (trying to playing god) by returning my package (thru my P.O. Box) back to the sender without my knowledge or consent, or ANY prior notification whatsoever, I permanently closed my PO Box and will NEVER patronize that location, ever again... After reporting his adversed actions to the main office, he then called me to (suttley) let me know that he was now in charge, could care less about my adversed experience of never having received my package, even mocked God, then stated my case was being closed out before rudely hanging up on me for having no need to hear of his (verbally) changed rules... Nor were any of their keyed lock boxes being utilized to accommodate sizable packages, if he felt there were too many packages in his way!!! I have used P.O. Boxes for nearly 10 years, and have NEVER experienced such adversity until John Pride's UNWANTED arrival, expressed even by employees whom are hopefully seeking better employment elsewhere...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are very unwelcoming and The lady at the desk tells you false information and then let’s people behind you do what they just said they couldn’t. Tried to get a PO Box, she said she couldn’t do that, yet let someone behind me get one set up. When I told her I didn’t have an address she judged me and looked at me weird said “ew you don’t have an address?” The supervisor was to scared to even come out and talk to me or another lady who needed help. Waited 15 minutes for the supervisor and he never came out.
