I couldn't even give 1* to this awful excuse of a USPS facility, thanks to my personal experience with their so-called Supervisor Jennifer. (However, I will have to commend other employees for the courtesy they showed me at the station, in spite of the poor examples set by Jennifer.)
I've been dealing with her since last February when, during 2 months of that time, a male relative with mental health issues was admittedly & regrettedly cursing carriers in the belief they were trying to hurt him.
At that point, I explained his diagnosis of paranoia & agreed with&upheld Jennifer's decision to hold my mail at the station.
However, since April that relative has been here only 1time to pick up his car...but In spite of 3 letters and several unreturned phone calls, & station visits, Jennifer is STILL withholding my mail delivery because she "wants her carriers to be comfortable".. But how can they reach that point when she has not 1 time sent them by my house?!? I've had THREE home mail deliveries since March!
I called her yesterday to ask that my mail delivery be restarted. But she talked over me the entire conversation, only willing to discuss the 2 problem months.. raising her voice to the point that I had to yell to her that he is no longer here. She then hung up on me.
So that's the way she handles her job problems. Not only is she DISCRIMINATING against the families of the mentally ill, she is forcing an 82-year-old Senior to now pay for a Post Office box to get my mail when I want it without having to go to her pitifully-managed station and endure her stubborn refusals to help an already struggling family.
This complaint is also going to Jennifer's supervisor at the Forest Lane station, as well as to the United States Post Office General.

Missing mail, I visited them. They told me to wait 3 days and then call. Gave me a number that’s always busy. Blamed the sorting facility.

PRIORITY MAIL 2 to 3-DAY Delivery - HOW ABOUT 10-DAY DELIVERY! - Shipped 10/28/2023 to Cameron,TX - Arrives at this USPS AUSTIN TX Distribution Center (tent) on 10/30/2023 - Now the "CLOWN SHOW" begins: They then ship it to ABUQUERQUE NM (?), then back to AUSTIN TX Distribution Center, then to TROY TX, and finally to CAMERON, TX ... 2-THINGS you can count on with USPS, and this place in particular: #1 They are UNRELIABLE and CAN'T BE TRUSTED ... #2 They will continue to get RATE INCREASES for being INEPT (Only in America) ... THEY CONTINUE TO RECEIVE MISERABLE REVIEWS, but hey, it's a government agency, what can we expect?

It’s not actually a post office. Just a drop slot… they don’t even have the automated machine in the lobby. Silly that they advertise this as a post office… it’s a distribution center that isnt open to the public but has a mail drop slot and PO Boxes.

Terrible service! Really lack of service. They Do Not deliver your packages and the message for the tracking number would say that package is being held by customer's request. A blatant lie!.

I dropped off a package on June 20th, the day after the holiday and around mid-afternoon. The package was scanned in a day later in the evening, making it look like I sent the package on June 21st. I'm likely going to be dinged on eBay from the customer because it was not checked in when it should have been. I'll go an extra mile down the road just to not deal with this post office again.

There is no window service at this location. There are only post office boxes. Do not come here if you need to ship or deal with any post office business there is no post office staff at this location
