Once again I went against my better judgment & tried to use this post office again even after having at least 2 other bad experiences here. Well of course it happened again!!! You can scroll down & read all the other bad reviews & see that most of them are about the same rude little girl that works there. She is literally running people away from this location. I don’t know why she is still employed. My return was suppose to go through USPS but after she was so rude AGAIN today I went across the street to UPS & told them what happened & of course they went out of their way to help me. She printed off the label, which is what the little girl at the PO told me she couldn’t do, at no charge & I left the package with them instead of going to another post office. I will always from now on, even if I have to pay more, use UPS instead of ever going back to the White Rock post office again. I’ve only been a handful of times, probably 4x, and it’s been the same exact thing every time. That rude chick that acts entitled & acts like the whole world owes her something. She does not need to be working with the public period! Go ahead & read all the other reviews below mine, they all say the same thing!

Be very careful, when they say guarantee or your money back. Lies, zero customer satisfaction. Seems they should know if a business is open on weekends or not, to guarantee .

bad customer service first time here & the lack of help from clerks and they are very rude , the young lady at the desk looked and sounded like she hated her job when i asked for help i asked her what i could put my items in she stated whatever it fits in never directed me or helped me with anything . when i asked to talk to the manager about the incident he said he heard the story already , I asked for corporates number and he stated the call would just come back to him so nothing would be done . don’t waste your time at this location drive a few miles and go to the next closest USPS not worth walking into this building.

Same as another reviewer before, black woman with glasses and young was very rude. Other people before me in line complained about her. This location should fire her. When I was paying , it gave me the option to choose “how were you treated today” with 3 different faces, a red face (bad) yellow face (okay) and green face (good) , she reached over the counter and chose the green face without giving me the chance to choose. I wanted to give the red face.
