This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.

Would give 0 stores. Does not open on time. Staff will look at you and not open the door because “the right guy isn’t here yet”.Big fail here.

Snail mail indeed! I dropped off an envelope inside this location (Lake Highlands) going to a location off Central Expy. It took 14 DAYS to arrive! Are the bins only checked every 10+ days?

I came in just before closing, with items too big to fit any of the USPS boxes being sold. While I was resigned to only sending my smaller items, Ardell took some measurements, went in the back, and found me an extra box that would fit everything.I was frazzled trying to overnight these Christmas gifts to my partner, who recently got COVID and had to cancel her flight to me, and Ardell was extremely patient and helpful with the mess I brought him right at closing time.Ardell went above and beyond, and really saved a Christmas that had already been badly disrupted for my family. This is the best service I’ve ever received and really saved the day—thanks again Ardell!

Would give a zero if that was an option.The lack of customer service si one thing…Yesterday I got two sheets of postcard stamps.$16 dollars. I get them often.My surprise today when I look at them and the second sheet is missing 2 stamps.WTH???!!??seriously, a government facility doing that.Is only 80 cents. Is not the 80 centsIs the action. Despicable.

I am grateful to have this Post Office so close to my house. I had a need to mail something overnight to my son in Wylie. I got there just before closing, 5 PM, and was a bit flustered. The man behind the counter, Ardell, was extremely patient, calm and helpful. He even suggested better packaging to save me money. Much appreciated!

I couldn’t recommend this place less. The absolute worst customer service from the male employee I’ve ever had. He was rude and inconsiderate, made me go to the back of the line after already waiting 15 min with my toddler because I needed to fill out one extra paper that took 30 seconds. Slow slow slow. Go to any other location.

I've been going here for decades. Ardell is wonderful and very helpful. For all of you leaving negative about him taking lunch for an hour each day I want you to know that usps has been trying to shut this location down for years. The neighbors all protested to keep it open. Be thankful you have a local post office. Usps instead of shutting down reduced personell from 3 to 1. Ardell is doing the job of 3 people and there is no one to relieve him for lunch. I for one would like to keep this location open. No other location offers this type of service.
