Hope you come on a good day. Because most of the employees are useless and just seem to read a script when you talk to them. Never received a single piece of mail to my PO box since I've got it. Informed delivery is apparently a joke. We mailed ourselves something from a different post office and got it in 2 days but can't get mail that was sent from a closer post office in more than a week.

It was a Friday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Not that many people waiting and only 2 or 3 USPS staff helping people. I just had to get an envelope and had to mail something locally in Dallas. At my turn, the lady handed me a prepaid envelope and even advised me to not write my (From) address too big in the back, rather very small on top of where I had written my (To) address. This too avoid the delivery machine scanning and having it accidentally marked back to me for delivery, instead of the actual address.
She also didn't had cash with her but in this day and age, I didn't mind at all paying my $0.88 through credit card. Our exchange was very cordial and the staff was very polite.
Entering and leaving the post office, it just reminds you of the glory days when post office had a critical role in our lives. There's a huge area with lot of mailboxes, which was empty and bore deserted looks. I wonder if people still use mailboxes as they used to at one point in time.
All in all the experience was good and I was done with really quickly.

Staff is extremely rude and lazy, walked in with a Prepaid USPS LABEL on my phone, and the lady behind the counter matter of faxtly told she wouldn't accept it and I'd have to go find someplace to get it printed (who owns a printer anymore?). My issue is that I have done this SEVERAL TIMES at other USPS locations in Plano and Frisco, which just tells me she couldn't be bothered to do her job. I'll make sure to send everything via FedEx or UPS from now on, I guess the USPS isn't hurting for money right now ??

Ingrid amazing. I honestly do not like going to the post office because the people are not friendly, but she went above and beyond so explain to me everything I need to know she took her time and did not make me feel like I’m bothering her. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Let me mention that the 2 stars are for the staff that booked in my parcel they were wonderful.
My woes began after parcel was delivered with missing contents.
How do you open someone's package steal from it and then repack in a smaller box.
To say I'm enraged will be an understatement. Shipping and handling need to be put in check.

The lady working today (5/25/24) was very warm and friendly, that’s all it took to make me wanna come back here instead of other locations.

This is the most unpleasant post office I have ever been to. Workers are beyond rude and going to this place is an awful experience. they’re unwilling to help you with literally ANYTHING.

Under staffed. And the employees seem to hate their jobs. Very mean and very unprofessional.
