The items were shown to be delivered on 2pm August 12th. I checked my mailbox and they were not there. Then I checked and the status change to being delivered by 9:00 p.m. I checked my mailbox at 9:30 p.m. and they were not there. THIS MORNING the status changed again to being delivered on the 13th of August. After I drop the kids off at school, I checked my mailbox. NOTHING!
I went to the post office and spoke with the nice guy at the front. Very professional! He took my information and went to the back to look for the packages. And then he brought me both of my packages. NUFF said.

It took the USCIS 3 month to send me my wife’s green card, and those jerks lost it
Can’t get a hold of anyone at all, and the clerks at the office are so useless
3 month and a 450 dollar to replace, if I could get all my mail through another company I would’ve done it long time ago

Stopped in on a Friday at 3pm to send a certified letter. It had been a long week and day and we were exhausted. Gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helpful with us. His personality raised our spirits and improved our day. It was a very nice experience. This was also the shortest wait I've ever experienced inside a post office ever.

I can’t speak on the bad experiences others have had at this location, only my own. I’ve only shipped packages here, and usually the employees have been very nice even when I mess something up with the label or packaging. I usually go in the morning or afternoon and I haven’t had to wait for more than 5 minutes.

I arrived at 458 and entered the front door at 459 and the employee was locking the other door and wouldn’t allow me to enter. I even showed her my watch which is set to network time and all she kept was saying was she’s closed and then rudely says “we’ll you should have come earlier” 5:00 means 5 not 459. This post office is a convenient location to my house but there is always some kind of issue with something. I mail quite a bit of stuff for eBay and am thinking I should give another carrier the business.

Shofia is absolutely rude. My mail isn’t getting delivered to my apartment. I came in to have it re router or whatever. I need my Mail plain and simple. It’s illegal to withhold mail. I will try to get corporate to handle this situation.

Today, October 2, 02:00 pm the lady in the middle helped me. When she saw that I was going to ask her a question, showing her my phone number because I don't know how to speak English, she was very dismissive of me, treating me in a very rude way, and told me that I should find someone who could help me. translated for me because she was not going to do it when the store was practically alone, I had to wait for her colleague to finish serving another person and that person did give me the service, I don't know the name of the person in the middle but I think that this type of person cannot work with clients because they do it in a very derogatory way.
