Kim is very nice and a sweet lady. FOR ME, the process to drop off a package to be sent out is very fast and Kim was helpful to me and kind. Thank you Kim because before I walked in my nerves were trying to kick in and my anxiety was at its peak, you helped my nerves calm down because you were friendly to me and even made me giggle. Hope you see this message and it makes you smile!

People are nice, They always answer questions and resolve your doubts. Although there is no Spanish-speaking staff, they are always attentive and helpful.

How hard is it to just leave a package at a door? They will literally lie about trying to deliver something to you. Wish they had better work ethic.

People are nice in the building, but they always behind in delivering packages. Whoever is doing the delivery isn't doing a good job. Frustrated and disappointed with this particular location.

Busy place. It seems I always have to wait in line for 5 minutes at least no mater what time of the day.Some staff are cold and short except for one lady who is super nice.Service is bit slow and disorganized, either with mail hold or mail box repair.Good location!

A total disappointment there's always a long line with 1 person working. My packages are always lost no where to be found and all they can say open a claim which is no help either they don't resolve anything. Money lost time wasted.

We basically have no post office in Cockrell Hill. If you ship from here, it’ll be lost in tracking limbo. If you’re receiving a package, it will be slow, lost or damaged. I will not ship from this local post office anymore. I can save the time of a followup trip and tracking headaches by simply visiting the main post office near downtown. It’s worth the extra commute!

Weirdly no package drop off bin or box. Have to get someone’s attention to hand them a package with postage prepaid. I lucked out!

Been waiting on new mailbox keys for 3 weeks. Have made several trips there to see if they were ready and pick up mail.They never answer the phone to save people the drive.
