I've always had pleasant experiences here. I'm not sure what's with the other reviews. I came at 10 am and was greeted by Nedra. She was happy to assist me to ship an eBay return. I will certainly be returning here.

I was out of town and my father was attempting to help me return an item from ebay. I gave him the label ebay sends to do returns but Clerk 09 said that she had no idea what to do with it and refused to attempt to scan the item. My father manually returned the item and now I have to work with Ebay and pray I get my money back due to this clerk’s error. I am not sure what is going on with USPS lately, but it seems like there are issued throughout.

Don’t expect any assistance if you come 15 minutes before closing. Was in line while the employee was sorting through mail and taking her sweet time with no regard of the 10 people in line. When calling for the next person, she seemed like she did not want to provide any assistance and referred them to “go online”. She refused to take my package because it was not taped. I have been to other post offices where they helped with taping it up with no issues. If you don’t want to do your job because you are about to close, then you shouldn’t work at all. It was my first time at this location and will never go back again.

My mailman consistently delivers my mail to my neighbors and loses my mail! I have complained repeatedly and it keeps happening.

Pretty sure this was a test of patience sent directly from God so I appreciated that aspect. After my third time in line a veteran worker came to my aid and was very sweet and knowledgeable and had great report. Shouldn't have taken 45 minutes to mail a package though.

Horrible office! Without actually investigating they claim to have delivered my package to my nephew when it’s not true. They claimed it was left on the porch, what porch!? My nephew lives in an apartment complex he has NO porch! Thieves and liars work in this terrible office they all need to go. They’re also so quick to close cases when they know they’re lying!

I don't know what these reviews are doing or talking about, every time i come here i get awesome service and front desk people who always help me because i'm always doing something wrong! They're awesome and i always have awesome service coming here.
