Funny seeing these reviews, I actually had a package “lost” here for about two weeks until they finally shipped it out. Such a bad USPS location. I agree with everyone: DO NOT USE.

I have had 3 packages lost at this facility. They always say their ability to search for packages is down. Can’t wait to move away so that this is not my local post office.

This location is getting pretty beat up on reviews but I had a great experience. The customer service employee was patient, polite and friendly.

This is easily the worst USPS that exists. Everybody is useless and of the around 16 times we have scheduled a package pick up for our business, they have NEVER come on time and half the time they don't show up at all.

I came in today to retrieve a package after receiving a ticket saying they “attempted delivery” last week. I wasn’t able to come here until today, so I was ready to pick it up. To make a long story short, the post office was very empty and I was greeted and attended to quickly by Quin. She was kind and she found my package. Unfortunately the package box was destroyed. I put in a complaint with the company I ordered from and requested a refund on an item. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

As others have stated, this may be the worst USPS location I've ever had the misfortune to be forced to work with. Got a note in my mailbox Thursday saying package could not be delivered. Went online and set it to be picked up that next Monday at the post office. Get a text Saturday saying it was delivered to "parcel locker". Weird since I set it to be picked up at the post office Monday and have a confirmation number saying so. Called and they said was probably an error and will be ready at the post office Monday. I got to post office Monday and they don't have it. Telling me it's been delivered to my parcel locker. Explained to them I didn't have a key or anything else stating so and that I have a confirmation number saying it would be ready for pick up here. Passed me on to a manager who didn't know anything. Two weeks later I get a text from my apartment management saying they have my package. Pathetic.

Quin is horrible. She needs to work on her customer service. Also, she dropped my package as I handed it over. Now my buyer is claiming the items are damaged. I’m convinced Quin was the reason why the item is damaged. I NOW HAVE TO ISSUE A REFUND AND HAVE DAMAGED ITEMS RETURNED TO ME. Frustrating when the USPS is supposed take care of you with no problem. Instead they are horrible. I should have read the reviews before.

Made 2 shipping labels for my package. The little Asian lady messed it up so now package is lost. They need age limits for postal workers.

If you want your items stolen by the staff make sure it goes through this post office. Flat. Out. Ring. Of. Thieves.Item being gold and valued at over a $1500 was supposed to be delivered with a signature confirmation at a business that closes daily at 5pm. The carrier marked it delivered at 542 pm with no signature on file. The staff at the post office no help nothing. No idea who the carrier was that day because he had the week off. Nope. We have been back 4 times no idea no help. Because I am very persistent- I call- I ask questions- apparently this post office has a track record of misplacing and marking items delivered, so Please take this a warning not to trust these people with items of value. It’s a shame too. It’s a federal offense. I hope this review prevents others from being taken advantage of and ripped off.

Week full of mail missing and they want to blame me for not checking the mail but you didn’t even put a note saying mail was returned to post office — please come pick up before we return to sender. Also that means people can not go on vacation or be too busy to check their mail without things getting taken and returned back Office?!! Additionally this office is not even open on weekends so how does someone with a job get a hold of help from them to come pick up their mail.

Of course... Seeing the reviews I knew something bad was going to happen when I came to pick up a package. They didn't have it. I had to drive 2 hours just to get here. Package is extremely important but only God knows where it's at now... Great job USPS! Love the way you operate your business!

I was given a P.O. Box in person along with the keys, and when I looked online the P.O. Box number was incorrect so I called the location. The lady Deborah acted as if she could not assist because the other clerk went to lunch and all I needed was clarity on why my PO Box showed incorrectly online. She said it would be changed sometime today and to check back later . She didn’t even bother to look in the system to verify what I was stating. Just lazy and nonchalant
