I went to this post office 1 August 2025 to pick up my mail from them… when I got to the counter the clerk didn’t and refused to check for my mail due to theft from the apartment complex which I am currently residing…. I called the apartment complex manager and asked if mail was being delivered to the apartment or the post office and was told that it is at the post office and I was informed that many other tenants were told the same thing…. I called the office and the “supervisor “ I solid with said that there is no theft and there was nothing wrong with the boxes at the unit and I informed him of what I was told and he got noticeably upset with me questioning him and the office….. I among other people have important documents that we are all waiting for to come and the last thing we need is bad customer service and if they don’t want to service the customer and the community then they can leave and put someone else who is willing to do the job…… that’s why I’m giving it one star… I even asked if there’s a post master on station and he told me that there is not one at all and he is the main one bad service all around

I went to this post office yesterday and had a great experience. The facility was clean, there was plenty of parking, and I didn’t have to wait long to speak to someone at the counter. I didn’t get her name, but the woman with the white glasses who was working yesterday afternoon was very kind, helpful, and professional.

“Robert” called me today regarding a lost certified package sent from this location that has been outstanding since 4/25. He had no new information and stated that this was not his problem, he has other files to worry about and that he was unwilling to take any steps towards resolving the issue or even attempting to call the distribution center to inquire if the package was there. I asked him to get me in contact with his manager, Luis, who I had spoken with the day before- he refused. I asked him to leave him a note for Luis to call me back when he is next at work, Robert said he can’t be bothered to make that type of an effort. Upon checking the case status online, it shows that Robert has closed out the ticket even though there is no resolution. Robert’s behavior was wildly unprofessional and rude. What is the point of calling a customer to basically tell them you can’t be bothered to do your job or attempt to find a resolution?

Next day mail is a con. They still deliver whenever they get ready to. Stop paying for next day mail service.

I’ve had prescription medication misplaced not once, but twice now from this post office. Definitely not reliable, and borderline criminal.

Sent my packages back to the sender despite my address being correct. This post office is notorious for misdelivering or losing packages. It's unfortunate and hopefully they become better staffed! :(

Funny seeing these reviews, I actually had a package “lost” here for about two weeks until they finally shipped it out. Such a bad USPS location. I agree with everyone: DO NOT USE.
