Man, I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going to this location. Where do I start? Upon arriving the clerk number 4 on August 20th had a terrible attitude. I ignored it because obviously I had done nothing to her since I just arrived there. I did however take the survey on the card reader at the end. Let's just say I didn't give her a good or bad review. To my surprise, a few days later the package that was supposed to be on its way to Tennessee arrived back to me in my mailbox in Texas. I was confused because I paid $5.35 on the 20th to mail this gift to a friend. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe she thought I was just paying for the envelope which I had pre-purchased at Dollar tree. I went back up there on August 27th to ask what had happened because again, I don't like to assume that she just simply didn't do her job... They told me that I would have to come back Tuesday to talk to her because whatever postage that she was supposed to put on the envelope has to "come out of her stock". When I expressed that I didn't know what this meant, I was met with another attitude from a new clerk. Then I was asked if I would like to pay for postage again... Why on Earth would anyone want to pay for postage twice?? I guess we will go back Tuesday and see where this saga ends ? Sidenote: I know plenty of people who would be happy to have a job at the post office, but instead we have these miserable people working here making other people's days more complicated than it has to be. Very sad!

monica was very very helpful!!! i had to switch labels on 2 packages since i had mixed them up and she was happy to get them back out for me to switch the labels right as they were closing! i’m very happy with the service and understanding here!! thank you monica!

If i could leave 0 omi would never picks up the phone I literally have numerous calls in mu log with them none of which I can get an actual person on the phone, they push you through these prompts that might help when you really don't need help

I don't understand why they have a phone number. They never answer it. Moreover, you can never get good service. No one has any information and always passes you off to someone else who cannot provide any information. We did not receive any mail for days but no one seems to be able to explain why or interested in doing anything about it.

Horrible horrible horrible. I run an Etsy shop and had to ship a package international. The postal employee looked at my customs forms and said she wouldn’t take it cause she didn’t know what the item was. (I ship international all the time and am very familiar how to fill out the paperwork) Then she proceeded to ask very invasive questions on the exact contents. Also, fyi priority packages are protected under the 4th amendment so the contents is none of their business as long as you aren’t shipping prohibited items. Google is free honey boo boo ?

Absolutely terrible. The delivery people do not care and will straight up lie. Mail is just thrown on top of the mailbox at my apartment, where just anyone can walk by and steal someone's voting card or new debit card. They will also mark packages as delivered when they haven't been. Those packages MIGHT show up like a week later. Just 0 care and very stressful/dangerous

Probably the worst post office experience I’ve ever had. My apartment mailbox was vandalized, and my mail was rerouted here for more than a month. Picking up mail from this post office is a complete nightmare. There are lots of staff, but they stand behind the counter and direct people picking up mail to a small closed door with one staff person who seems to be doing a different job. I’ve come multiple times to get my mail and have had to leave without it because they can’t find it or the wait is too long. I doubt I’ll ever get my packages.

Won't answer a phone, won't try to deliver a package that was express. But won't help with guarenteed delivery refund. I'm stuck in a virtual black hole because of this location....no package, no receipt for attempted delivery, no help.

This usps sucks so badWe have important documents coming to us and they are so lazyI asked if they could check for my mail and the lady went on back without even checking my information. Proceeded to say it wasnt here when in the website says its been ready to pick up since last week
