Update: it’s August 20, 2024 and yet again they’re closed in the middle of the day. It’s not even 2:30 and the sign says they won’t be back for over an hour.
May 3, 2024: once again this post office is closed in the middle of the day for no reason. It’s the second time in as many weeks. This is a waste of our company’s time as now we have to go to another location 20 minutes away. I’m not going to keep using this one. Disappointing.

I wish I could give a negative review. I’ve had the box for maybe a month and can never access it. I almost lost a medical certification due to this . Had to pay a fine because of it. And yall refuse to issue a refund for something that was an issue with the post office, not mine. Someone needs to contact me before this turns into a legal Matter. You need new staff, NO ONE IS EVER THERE AND THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED.

I really like this location. Has a lot of parking, and the lady who worked/works here is super nice.
But I came by on Monday, July 29, around 10:30AM, well over the opening time. It wasn’t open. Even other people were standing around confused why the location was still closed. No worries right because there’s a mailbox outside? Wrong, my mail still hasn’t had any activity since I dropped it off.
I came back today with more mail at 1:30PM, and the desk is closed cuz the employee(s) are out to lunch until 2:30PM? I was able to drop my mail inside this time though!
But it’s very frustrating when the hours are so volatile. And who knows if my mail is even being sent.

I don’t like the fact that you can’t even check your mail even if office itself is closed. I drove in from Florida for the weekend and couldn’t even get my mail. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. ???

YOUR POST OFFICE IS EXCELLENT! EXCEPT WHEN THE WORKERS SWITCH LUNCH HOURS. WENT LAST WEEK AT 330, THEY WERE CLOSED FOR LUNCH. WENT TODAY JULY 22ND AT 230 CLOSES AGAIN. AS A CUSTOMER, I CANT GUESS WNENEVER THEY DECIDE TO TAKE LUNCH. PLEASE HAVE A TALK WITH EMPLOYEES AND SET A GOOD LUNCH HOUR!

I'm so mad that the Post Office. It could be all the Post Office. What happened was? I had my daughter's address on the box. They go by the old address and send send my package to the old address.Not looking at the address that shows on the box to deliver to that address.So they sent it to my old one and now I did not know they did that until they gave me a notification text saying that there's an issue with the delivery. And the shipper is kind of his fault too.Because he didn't put my phone number.So they can get in touch with me and call me.And tell me which address should we use.

Came early to be here when it opened and now it’s well past when it’s supposed to be open but I’m here standing with several other people trying to mail their packages.

I know it probably depends on the timing and line, but I just went to the Oak Lawn post office and it was a super long line with just one person working at checkout. I drove to this location (along the path to my next errand anyways) and it was no line with two people fast and able to help with the checkout. Thanks!
