Glenn was so nice and efficient. Quickly moved people through the line with a pleasant attitude. Was in there a total of 5 minutes with a decent line. Thanks Glenn for your help!

Went to this USPS to mail my passport renewal paperwork and had some difficulty with my bank doing the money order. Terrence went above and beyond to help me and was so patient helping me complete every step correctly. He even stayed late beyond the end of his shift. I really appreciate him helping me see it through so that I could check it off my to-do list. Thank you, Terrence!

Good afternoon, I went to this branch last week to send two packages to the same destination and initially the man who assisted me named *Terry Daniel* provided me with very hasty service and little education, my packages were sent and my family member was alone received one of the two boxes I sent, I returned yesterday Monday to ask for clarification and look for the package and the employee *Terry Daniel* helped me again and told me that he did not know where my package was, I showed him the tracking number and he He got up from his chair annoyed, hit the wall behind him and went off to look for my package. He couldn't find it. He asked to speak to a manager and he refused. Today, Tuesday, he returned at 9am to speak with a manager and the same employee. window *Terry Daniel* contacted me with another colleague of his, since I asked to speak with the manager, after this an extremely friendly bilingual postman helped me, and I managed to speak with the GENERAL MANAGER even though minutes ago they had denied me The GENERAL MANAGER AND THE DEPUTY MANAGER gave me EXCELLENT attention, however, Mr. *TERRY DANIEL* who attends the customer service window, annoyed that I gave my complaint to the manager, shouted *I accept it*, affirming that he The day before, he treated me in a terrible way and in a loud tone of voice, after seeing that I complained to the manager, this man *TERRY DANIEL* approached my boyfriend and told him what our problem was, that we did want problems with him. , in a challenging and arrogant attitude, if it had not been for a door separating us, this man *TERRY DANIEL* would have treated us worse, I THANK THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO STOPPED HIM AND LET HIM KNOW THAT THIS ATTITUDE WAS INCORRECT AND UNPROFESSIONAL, I CONGRATULATE THE GENERAL MANAGER, THE DEPUTY MANAGER AND THE POST CARRIER, PEOPLE WHO BEHAVED WITH THE GREATEST EDUCATION AND WERE GUIDING ME ON HOW TO TRACK THE PACKAGE, we have not yet received our package but we are in the process, THE STORE AND ITS STAFF ARE GOOD, SHAME THAT THIS SUBJECT HAS GAVE US A BAD TIME WITH THAT CHALLENGING, CHALLENGING AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.

Jessica at the front desk needs to be REEVALUATED. She was beyond rude in many ways

Today I witnessed the rudest and discriminatory individual working at the post office located off of Oaklawn in the 75219 are code. I am writing this review to express my outrage and disappointment at the appalling treatment I witnessed at the Oaklawn Post Office in the 75219 zip code. Specifically, a blind individual was attempting to mail a package, and “Jessica”, the front desk worker, refused to assist him due to his disability of being blind. He couldn’t read the screen, and there wasn’t any accommodations for him as a blind citizen for his disability. The worker “Jessica“ could’ve easily had read the statement to the gentleman, but Not only did she refuse to help him, but she also belittled him in front of everyone, including me, who was waiting in line.
When the patron requested help from another customer to read the screen for him, “Jessica” became almost belligerent, raising her voice and screaming at the stranger who was also in line and filmed this video before coming to the aid of this blind customer.
The postal worker was clear that she was making a conscious effort to discriminate against this individual based on his disability. When her coworker tried to intervene and encourage her to do the right thing, “Jessica” refused, and started saying “it’s not my fault you hit the wrong button” being extremely insensitive to not only the blind patron, but the person who came to assist that was standing in line. Jessica. Just kept raising her voice being “ghetto” citing her manager's supposed instructions that “she couldn't read information aloud or press buttons for him”.
The whole scene was incredibly disturbing and left me feeling shocked and disappointed. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and compassion from postal workers, especially when it comes to serving individuals with disabilities. Unfortunately, Jessica failed miserably in this regard. Her attitude was disgruntled, negative, and punishing towards the disabled individual.
I have had issues with this post office before, but this incident takes the cake. I urge the management of the Oaklawn Post Office to take immediate action to address this issue and provide training to their employees on how to serve customers with disabilities with dignity and respect. Furthermore, I hope that an investigation is conducted into this matter and appropriate disciplinary action is taken against Jessica.
I will not be returning to this post office again until I see significant changes in their attitude and service towards customers with disabilities. In fact, the city of Dallas, as well as the federal government should make accommodations and investigate this matter. All I can think is if this was my grandfather or a family member how would I want them treated, and it would not be in this way. I am boldly shedding light on this collaboration with several others that witness the same thing. Please see the video attached. Although the vast majority of the disrespect and this video was not recorded, highlighting the scenario that left all of us shook and very angry on 6/25/24 at 10:40 am.

I was hesitant on coming into this location because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from a gentleman named Terrance. I noticed many of these bad reviews are from years ago or complain about the lack of staff. There is a machine that is very easy to use or just be prepared to have a small amount of patience when going in. It was worth the 8-10 minutes it took for me to go in, package my items, and send them off. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for my postal needs.

I had my service dog with me and I was told that only blind people are allowed to bring their service dog inside. It is a USPS rule so it was not the fault of the employees working that day. I was helped by Jessica and I have never been treated that badly before. She was sitting on her phone when I came up to the counter and she had an attitude before she even started to help me. The other employees even told her to calm down. She then refused to help me and sent me to the next employee, who was much nicer. Seems to be a lot of complaints about this specific location but hopefully they can teach their employees to treat customers with respect. I am just glad I didn’t have an episode inside since I did not have my dog with me for assistance. Terrible terrible place
