Everything was going well while waiting 30 minutes in line. I needed to purchase a money order and finally made it up to the desk. As I was about to fill in the order information, the manager rushes from the back to exclaim that I could not purchase my money order. She glairs at me wide eyed and started to reject my request with no explanation. After pleading and stating that I am required to send a money order for a specific amount, she claims they do not sell money orders for less than $20 although that is not posted anywhere on the website or on any signs in the store. Money orders have been sold at this location for lower amounts in the past, and her unprofessionalism really left a stain. I will not be coming back and do not recommend for anyone to come to this location. The managers form of communication needs work and I feel bad for their employees! Only bright side was how helpful and understanding the employee at the front was.

They advertise printing services via label broker and it doesn’t work. I asked the lady if they are able to print my label or scan it and she told me I had to go somewhere else to print my label?? Not everyone has a printer these days lol!!

USPS refuses to answer a call to this location. It was been ringing on my phone for 15 minutes with no one picking up.

The single worst Post Office branch I have ever been to, anywhere. Over the course of multiple visits over many months I’ve had it with these people. The absolute stereotype of a government run operation; the epitome of federal employee laziness, entitlement, and disinterest in serving the taxpayers.
I have witnessed postal workers at the counter “serving” taxpayers with headphones on taking personal calls; countless experiences with one postal worker behind the counter with a line of 15-20 people waiting and no sense of urgency; a line of 15-20 people being told “I’m closing for lunch” and leaving the line of people standing there staring at each other.
This post office branch is in a heavily populated urban neighborhood and has made no efforts at all to cope with the amount of traffic they have. They seem completely uninterested in improving their service, either.
And good luck with the “self service kiosk”. What a joke this place is.

I’ve never enjoyed being at a USPS but this was a very pleasant experience. Though the line was long, as expected on a Saturday morning, it moved quickly. The worker there was so respectful and nice. I wish I got his name! He had a very atypical government employee demeanor which we all know is a great thing!

I came here on Friday 7/18 at 4pm. There is only one person helping a line of 30 customers. The computer is broken. I waited for 1 hour to get to the cashier/clerk. Why was there only 1 person working? And how come the computer is not working to help the cashier.

LOCATION CLOSED?
Hope this post potentially helps someone. I was in today (7/10) at 3:30 pm and the post office is open but there is a sign that they are out to lunch until 3. 30 minutes after and no one is back and the drop off isn't working. People have their packages lined up against the drop off area, but I overheard someone say it was like this yesterday (7/9) as well- so I didn't leave my package. Another woman alluded to this potentially being governmental budget cut related too, but it seems like the location may be shut down but is open, so I would not leave your packages here.

This Post Office is perhaps the best I’ve interacted with in my life. They’re quick and knowledgeable about how to get to your desired end result.

These guys don't even have priority mail envelope stamps, I had to go to a private post office and pay double. The government should take a closer look at the operation of underperforming stores such as this one and eliminate it soon.

The workers will turn you away before closing time. I arrived before 5pm, doors were still open, customers in line, and the worker shouted at me over the other customers that I would not be helped. I had driven from 30 minutes away and had both of my children with me.

Whoever was the male working the desk on 3/25/25 at 5pm was the rudest, most aggressive worker I’ve ever encountered. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be nice, miserable human.
