Went today 08/18/25 and the service was exceptional!!! Walked in water patiently and got assisted by the cashier. I actually had a flat rate box which was pricey to ship a light 1 item. I asked what else I could do to bring the cost down. That’s when the female cashier suggested another method and helped me. It was more work for her to show me the correct box to use and she didn’t have an attitude about it either. The lobby was getting busy and the female post master came from the back and thanked us all for waiting patiently and got more employees to come to the front to assist us. I was so happy to have this great moment of except superb customer service there today!!

Never anywhere that I have lived has the experience been like it has been with this being my local post. Whoever specifically services our area mishandles packages, is lazy and unreliable. Ive never had issues like this. To the point where every time a shipper uses USPS I know there will be something wrong, there's an issue majority of the time. I cant believe it. Its really sad.

I had to call consumer affairs because they kept saying they delivered mail they didn't deliver including my pay check! The workers at this post office kept giving me the run around but once I called consumer affairs, the mail they claimed they had delivered already showed up in my mailbox. I had to get the check reissued though.

This facility needs a serious overhaul in the management or the employees probably need a raise. They don’t deliver packages, and still update the tracking website. And no use filing a redelivery either because they don’t and won’t deliver. I went in to collect my package as I needed it urgently but their treatment was racist and inhumane!
Seeing all the other reviews, it’s a sincere request to whoever is in charge to change the way this facility operates.
Unfortunately this is the USPS facility where all my packages come as it is nearest to where I live. It is a sincere request to whoever is in charge to change the way the packages are being handled and delivered from this facility.

Extremely disorganized and lack of security detail and protocol. My package was marked as “out for delivery” for multiple days because the workers were not scanning it properly into the system. I had to go in person to inquire about my package, because the workers who came to my apartment told me there were piles of mail they would just randomly grab packages from to deliver. I had to file a missing package claim and call multiple times (only to get hung up on), only to realize my package was simply left unattended because no one had scanned it. Their website falsely showed that the driver could not access my apartment, even though this was during business hours and all the doors were unlocked. Unnecessarily stressful and makes me anxious about future deliveries.

A big line and no one on the front counter. A long line, waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to do the service. I left, so I don’t if someone finally came out. However, it’s not the first time it happens to me. It’s actually like the 4th time it happens to me there.

They don't deliver your mail to you when it can't fit in the mailbox they leave it out there for somebody to stand it. And then after that I had a problem with them delivering my mail and they didn't even say that deliver it.

Zero stars. Just this week alone package never arrived, citing no Access to door or driveway, It’s nonsense, easy access and never have an issue with any normal delivery. It’s been six days, and it’s basically gone.Also, I had another package that was supposed to be out for delivery on the truck, no delivery attempt, within a few hours, it was flagged for pick up at the post office, and then someone picked it up (not me) and essentially stole it from inside the post office. Someone is committing federal crimes inside this post office and stealing packages. This must be the worst post office in America. I cannot believe they’ve gotten away with it this long. Third World country post office over there.
