Always a computer problem or someone doesn't know how to operate the computer.
It don't make no sense whatsoever ?
Sent a certified letter from this location and delivery was almost 1 or 2 weeks late ?
Only come to this location if you have to other than that DON'T!!!

Sad! Carriers here CANNOT read….this is a basic LIFE skill. Counting numbers. How are they hiring people who can’t do the 2 BASIC THINGS FOR THE JOB, READ & COUNT!!! I understand everyone’s frustration

Depending on the day, it may take about 20 minutes to see somebody. The staff here seems really unhappy and can be super slow.
