I had more Amazon returns than I would like to admit. I didn’t know how to work the return system. Mike was incredibly helpful and friendly. He explained how everything worked and assisted me with all of my returns. I definitely recommend coming here for your Amazon returns.

I am more than pleased with the service of this location. Mrs. Heather (I don’t know if she is the owner) is such a lovely lady. She calls me when I received any mail or orders, Heather is always kind, helpful and professional. Thank you UPS to hire such a knowledgeable employees (or owner).
