Unfriendly staff. Extremely rude. I walked in and they acted like I was interrupting them, and then laughed in my face without even saying a word. 4 people on their phone getting annoyed at a costumer. Come on, your job is not that hard. Stop acting like mean high school kids and do the job you're getting paid to do

The sign says the hours are from 8AM to 6:30PM. They never open at 8 AM. Whoever works the opening shift is always late. Please hire reliable staff

I'm an online seller and freelancer, so I go to UPS stores across the metroplex to drop things off. Apparently this location charges $1 per package if you're dropping off for USPS. The man working there seemed to think I was dumb for not knowing that but he would "let it slide this time." I have not run into this anywhere else in all of DFW and will be sure to avoid this location from now on

I wish I could give this UPS store more stars. I had the good fortune of getting service from Jerrod Hodge, the store manager, for a relatively complicated shipment of important international documents. There are two things I want to highlight here: 1) FedEx is COMPLETELY useless unless you are a business with an existing account - which I am not. They will NOT provide a prepaid return envelope/label unless you have an account - so if you need to send something securely (like a passport/visa) and want to include a return envelope so it can be tracked and expedited, spare yourself the time going to FedEx. 2) UPS is VERY individual friendly and if you have the good fortune to be in the Dallas area, visit the store at 11700 Preston Rd. Not only did Jerrod handle my situation efficiently…I waited almost zero time in line and it was only a few days before Christmas when everything was jammed! Customer service 10+!!

I've been a customer here for 25 years or more. Fast, efficient, friendly. They even carry my boxes out to the car, and when I've been on unexpectedly long road trips, forwarded me "just the important" mail. I'm a fan.

I work next door and service is decent when they’re opened, but this location never opens on time. Please update your hours so customers wouldn’t have to show up early and wait for no reason.

This location has the most unfriendliest staff I have ever seen. I went in for Amazon returns and the staff kept complaining about how many returns I have and how I need to use the self service. First of all, the store had no other customer but me, secondly, there were 2 ladies (Sheila and another lady with red hair with no name tag). The lady with red hair was on her phone. So they didn’t want to help me not because they are busy with work, or other customers but just simply because they were annoyed of how work I’m making them do.

Two of 3 employees have no clue what they are doing and had to call someone outside the store to ask what to tell me. I got a non-answer. They couldn't tell me where the package I dropped off was.

Really bad service I want yesterday at 8 am for notory case she told me to come tomorrow then I want as per my appointment today same time but the person is not around she told this in a bad way we do not give the service today too. I am really really sad by her reaction even she did not say sorry . Really I am sad on the costumer service u have there
