I was supposed to have a package delivered today and it said the driver "attempted delivery". Except no one ever showed up to the house. The doorbell was never rang, no one knocked. We even checked our camera outside and UPS never even drive by the house.

Had a package shipped from Home Depot full of high value door hardware for a whole house and other items. Package was supposed to arrive the next day and per tracking, was put on the UPS truck for delivery that morning. The package was never delivered and was sent back to the Dallas facility for "processing." They then changed the tracking information to make it look like it was never put on a truck and there has been no update on the tracking for several days. I cannot get a hold of a person at the UPS customer service phone number. My suspicion is that is got lost, damaged or stolen by someone at UPS, but who is going to be held accountable when you cannot even report it? Is anyone at UPS paying attention?

UPS service was once the golden standard, no longer. I understand scheduling is tough but changing delivery times the morning of a delivery is just unprofessional. This type of service is unacceptable and will eventually lead to the common stock shares to suffer.

Horrible service, I paid for my package to be delivered the next day and it took a day longer than agreed, now they don't want to give me the refund they offer that guarantees delivery on time. ??

I have the worst UPS Drivers in History! I am a business owner who works from home, and tonight makes the 10th time that my packages have been delayed by multiple days in the last two months. About a month ago I gave my phone number to the Driver because I know the packages I get are heavy and I live on the third floor. He said he would call if he ever had any issues (he has never called)… and NOW I AM LOSING MONEY AND CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF UPS’S INCOMPETENCIES! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone and IMPOSSIBLE to redirect packages so that I can pick them up myself since apparently UPS does not hire any competent drivers who are willing to ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

UPS supposedly tried to deliver a package to my apartment and claimed that no one answered. But if they would have knocked they would have alerted my dogs and my dogs weren't alerted to anyone knocking or anything. Needless to say they lied about the attempted delivery to my apartment.

I am so disappointed in UPS!! We have a very expensive item trying to be delivered to us. However, while tracking the item, the driver marked our house as a house that cannot be serviced. Meanwhile, we had an item delivered to us two days ago. We are frustrated and angry.When we asked for them to located and talk to their driver about our package, that was not an option. Apparently UPS cannot talk to their own drivers, which seems very dangerous.When asked to talk to a supervisor, the agent on the line did not want to transfer us. And when they finally decided to, we went on hold for 10 minutes for it to be the SAME person in a higher pitched voice; which eventually lead to her normal voice coming back.We had questions and concerns that we wanted to ask but did not get a chance to because we eventually got hung up in.We are very frustrated and do not know where to go from here!UPS, if you’re reading this, DO BETTER!!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT SHIP ANY HIGH VALUED ITEMS TO THIS UPS CENTER OR THROUGH UPS IN GENERAL. They stole from me at this location and UPS does not care. They are aware that theft is a common practice at UPS and do nothing about it. UPS drivers know the high valued packages and take advantages of UPS' flawed delivery system to steal them. UPS is only concern about making money. They have their entire call center in the Philippines and Guatemala so they can get the cheapest labor. These agents are absolutely clueless. According to their website, you can start working at UPS as a package handler in 25 minutes. No wonder UPS has so many thieves working for them. UPS has really gone downhill. UPS you just lost a customer for good. Fedex from now on.
