I had a bad feeling about this place and someone will give me my money or I’m going to court … I even said it in my head while shipping back my shoes that the people that work there look like they steal and guess what ? My package was shipped back to the shipper but it was an empty box ! You’ve been warned .. I’ll be going up there to have a chat with them because this has NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE even when I’ve lived in crazier places like Houston or Atl so give me what’s owed to me because that box was wrapped nicely and you stole from me and another package I shipped the same day haven’t arrived yet either to the warehouse TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES … it’s always the black ones making a business look bad unfortunately because no one else has an attitude but them and STEALING

Monica Rodriguez always provides exemplary customer service. She has waited on me a number of times and she is always friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Today she even helped me save $10 on my shipment. I am a loyal customer to this UPS store due to the service I receive.

I went to this place because I needed to send some documents when I got to the place there was a girl and a boy serving them each one was with a client the lady who was serving the boy finished she was picking up several packages for which he offered to help her he left the place and the other girl finished and went to the back and the boy was still outside talking to the lady I was waiting for about twenty minutes with my baby in my arms because she was asleep my baby is a girl who weighs about 35 pounds you can imagine how difficult it is and when the boy came back there were already 4 people in line so the one who was next in line was my turn and he told the person behind me that I was going to help her and I replied that it was my turn and he immediately showed his annoyed face he grabbed my envelope and told me that he needed to tell him that he needs to send it to the address and I showed it to him to which he replied why don't you send it by USPS it's cheaper in a sarcastic way I just answered him It's okay, I just need to send them. He took my envelope and put it on the table and told the next person that he would help him. He finished with the person and continued with the next one. I took my envelope and left without saying anything, but it was a very bad experience for me. I waited like 30 minutes for nothing, holding my baby.
I know it's cheaper at USPS, but as a mother I prefer to pay more because I know the service is a little faster. This place is very crowded at USPS and I had to carry my baby because she was asleep, but I never imagined I would have to wait longer to receive bad service.

There is nothing good about this shipping company. They never delivered my shipment for three days. I had to go to the office and the package never appeared.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the USP store recently. The employee I interacted with was shockingly racist and incredibly rude. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with blatant disrespect and hostility, making snide comments about my appearance and questioning my presence in the store. It was clear that their behavior was racially motivated, which made the entire situation even more appalling.
Their unprofessionalism and discriminatory attitude were not only hurtful but also completely unacceptable. This kind of conduct has no place in any establishment, and it left me feeling deeply upset and unwelcome.
I urge the management to take immediate and serious action to address this issue and ensure that no other customer has to endure such a degrading experience. I will never return to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I hope significant changes are made to prevent this from happening in the future.

Well , I came today ( May 31 , 2024 around 19 : 45 pm ) to the store and met a rude and racist employee ( a black man ) at the counter , he did not want to help me for what I came for just because I’m white and he started making excuses !!!!
Even when I was talking to him , he turned his face away and started talking to another employee in the back , which is a sign of disrespect and rudeness !!!!!!!!!!
This guy needs to go back to learn how to deal with customers and respect them .
I used to go to this store whenever I need to ship an item , but I will never go there again .
The worst experience I’ve ever had in a UPS store !!!!!

Go elsewhere! Owner chooses to charge $2 to print a single piece of paper. They also hire rude employees. 1 star service, UPS should step in to correct this location.

Go to Whole Foods for your Amazon returns. Poor customer service and they charge you $2 for the return label printed on regular cheap printer paper

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store on Preston! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and efficient.
I needed to ship a package urgently, and Moneice went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She provided various shipping options and even helped me find the most cost-effective solution. The store is well-organized and clean, with all the supplies you might need readily available.
Additionally, they offer a wide range of services beyond shipping, such as printing, mailbox rentals, and notary services. It’s truly a one-stop shop for all your business and personal needs.
I highly recommend The UPS Store on Preston for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. Thanks to Moneice and the rest of the team, I’ll definitely be returning for all my future shipping and printing needs!

I went to this location today - April 27, 2024, around 3:30 p.m. The young man that "helped" me was perhaps the rudest I have ever experienced. I was attempting to mail a small box that was already addressed. He refused to look at either the return address or the mailing address on the box - making me read it to him. He seemed very irritated. He then asked me what was in the box - very rudely. I told him it was some paper and a bottle of perfume. He said he can't ship perfume. I took my box and left without another word. This guy needs either some training on how to treat customers, or he needs to go to work somewhere else. Very offputting for paying customers. This simple interaction could have been handled with a smile and professionalism. Instead, he was rude from start to finish. I will never go to this location again.
