amanda at the midway and northwest highway store is so kind! she knows her job so perfectly. she is exceptional and fun to talk too! she must be a huge asset to UPS! Hope she never leaves or i’ll have to go to another store! 100 stars for Amanda!

The women working here are clueless. I was dropping off a package and needed a box, the lady didn’t even measure the size before giving me $6.99 box price. I ship things all the time at UPS and never have I paid $6.99 for a small box. She was adamant that was the price. I left and went to another store where in fact the box was $2.34. On top of that she asked if I wanted to box it myself …..every location you buy a box they automatically box it up and they’re polite most times. You’re losing business due to incompetent careless employees. Maybe also stop having children behind the counter and pay attention during training before being hired would help!

I tried to print an Amazon label here and drop off the package. The said it wouldn't work with the bar code and offered to do it via email for $1.89... sorry, no. As little as that is, I'm not going to pay $2 for a piece of paper. The UPS Store is way more friendlier at Preston or the one in Addison, go there instead and save your time.

These guys are awesome! They’re always friendly when I come in with my endless Amazon returns! And today the manager was extremely helpful when I needed to get a fax from the IRS… even though she was clearly busy, she had no problem paying attention to what was going on in the store and making sure everyone was getting taken care of.

The manager is really acting bad. No smile, no talking. Yes she is talking but inside of her. She is really deserve zero star but I have to gove 1 star. Another young lady with blue eyes is awosome and has smiley face.

It really should be a four - or five-star rating for this place!! It's clear somebody is being very petty and trying to hurt this small business. I was curious if the reviews were correct, and so I went in because I needed a mailbox, and this was the closest. The women at this place were absolutely amazing! From the manager to all the employees, they were nothing but kind. I even saw them interact with people of all different types of races, and they were super nice! Not to mention, the people working here are of different races. I really think people nowadays are just so impatient. UPS store employees are constantly swamped and having to do things like cut through red tape that we don't know. I've had to have po boxes for years, and these people have helped me so much all over the country. How about we maybe step into other people's shoes? And realize that we don't know what it's like, and we should have compassion for everyone.

I can see why this place has low reviews stopped by because it was the closest location to my erruns and compared to my normal store in Irving hands down rude customer service and had childrens working in their pajamas, super unprofessional

Rude employees. I do not work for UPS and I do not make regular returns to Amazon so I'm not well versed on the procedures. They had three sizes of return bags, wallet, cell phone, and bicycle. My return was larger than a call phone so I had to pick the bicycle size, completely ridiculous. And since it's all self-serve I asked the employee do I cut this ridiculously large bag and she proceeds to get snarky and say it's perforated. Well I don't work here so how am I supposed to know this extremely long bag is for an extremely small item by comparison. I wish she would come to my job so I could talk to her like she was stupid for not knowing the ins and outs of my business.
After reading more reviews it's fairly obvious there's a racial undertone here and the inmates have taken over the prison with these owner responses.
The golden rule will apply next time I visit, you get what you give.

My experience at this place was terrible. The service was slow, and the staff was rude. Worst of all, they made racist comments towards me and my family. I cannot recommend a place that treats people so disrespectfully.
