I came looking for to print out some flyers for a show I was producing and Joe was the biggest help helping get the right size and advising me on what kind of people to use as well. Also very helpful with getting some documents notarized as well. The energy and atmosphere of this store is out of this world.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped off package already boxed and ready for shipping everything was cool. I get online to check tracking info, says ups doesn’t have my package after I physically went into store and gave them my package for delivery. Paid for it and everything. So I call the store only to speak with the first associate who was rude and didn’t want to help told me to call the warehouse. After she cuts me off and doesn’t want to tell me her name I ask to speak with supervisor, she hangs up on me. I call back and same lady hangs up on me again. I had to call from a different number to speak with supervisor. Once I speak with supervisor he is unaware of what was going on and wanted me to explain the situation all over. Like your rep didn’t inform you what was going on now for the 3rd time I repeat myself but sup says the same thing call the warehouse. I’m very frustrated at this point. The supervisor Joe didn’t care and hung up on me. I go to the store and now everybody is nice and giving lots of information that I could have got over the phone. Joe never apologized to me never even gave sympathy or did he care. Long story short they lost my package. I went to warehouse and warehouse told me the package was never scanned in. So because the associate that initially did the sale did not offer me insurance. I had to file a claim and only got back no where near close to the value of the items I had in the box. UPS only gives up to 100 dollars without insurance. So what happens when there is more than 100 dollars of value in a shipping box and a customer is not offered insurance by lack of due diligence by store rep? You lost my package you should refund me the entire amount of value that was lost.

I will give 2 stars because two of the male workers were extremely nice as I come here often to ship for my work, but there was a female the last time I went in the store who was extremely rude. Spectrum allows customers to drop off their equipment at ups and that’s what I came here to do, and as I was dropping it off, I told this girl worker how Spectrum told me to drop it off here and she said “No” and “No you can’t” so quickly and ran to another register to do something else. Weird behavior because actually you can drop it off there. She proceeded to then say that they might lose it and it’s going to me my fault for dropping it off and not getting a receipt and waiting in line. All post offices universally allow people to just drop off prepaid packages so that’s what I did yet she was extremely angry and ugly inside and outside also gave me side eyes and rolled her eyes and had unfriendly body language. She should just work a job where she doesn’t have to deal with customer service because she was clearly unable to do so in a respectful manner. Not a great look for the brand or store location, would much rather be helped by one of the guys who were actually kind and respectful so please give them more shifts. praying I don’t have to have contact with her when I have to ship here again because it’s closest to my home.

Just dropped off a package and didn't notice the Shipping Address was covered up and the Sender Address was to be peeled off. The gentleman Associate noticed it immediately and told me. He was very efficient, professional and helpful. I highly recommend.

I have to give a shout-out to the baritone-voiced blonde, young man who on a beautiful Sunday afternoon fielded a chatty Kathy, expertly charmed his way through the convo and noticed I was absolutely ready to get the hell out of there. Great ability to double task while maintaining professionalism and got me out the door.
EDIT: FYI the guy’s name is not Kathy. That’s an expression, Chat GPT bot.

Go in person to sign up for a PO box. I am told the key machine is down and to come back and they will have my key. I come back after about 48-72hrs and get another excuse as to why they don't have my key. I wait another 48-72 hrs and call and still no key. I had to pay three months up front and don't have access to something I have already paid in full for. Barley been two weeks and I have already decided I am not renewing my box here. I'd rather have to deal with driving 30-45mins out my way for decent service than deal with this location. Already looking for another location.
