Cannot say enough good things about this place! The people who work here are so kind. Molly is particularly excellent, she goes above and beyond to help people. Everyone I know who lives in the area has had a positive experience here. It’s still just a UPS store, but the employees make it great.

I have never been so excited for an errand as I get when I get to visit this UPS store. The gals that work inside are so friendly and kind and bring a big smile to my face every time! they know me well and compliment me on my walking as it improves- I just got surgery 6 months ago and they went supported me the whole time. My biggest cheerleaders!

I am updating my review from 3 years ago because clearly someone got the message, the staff has changed over, and they are wonderful now!! It’s always very clean (no smoke/weed smell anymore) and the staff is very friendly. They work hard and fast. I come in here often and am grateful for the change and the staff!

Try a different UPS. The front desk grandpa should retire already if he has lost his customer service skills. He is so rude. Every single time!

Needlessly rude - passive aggressive service representative. The older gentleman, Victor has an attitude that is disrespectful and unhelpful. He makes the task of shipping at this location needlessly unpleasant. A terrible asset to have at the store.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this store for over 3 years now. Until recent the past 6 months I’ve encountered issues with Victor the manager. He’s rude, passive aggressive and ignorant. My first encounter was a phone call about lost packages, he wouldn’t let me get a word in and kept cutting me off about my inquiry as if I don’t know how shipping works. Second time was dropping off a package and him being dismissive. This last time I went off, I cursed him out and lost i I was dropping off two packages and picking up one. The first one he scans, second one he rudely goes “you see it says usps” not ups…delivery instantly pissed me off. He asks for ID and I show him on my phone as it was in the car, he then asks where is my actual id and I lost it. I went to grab it and as I’m upset he goes “if you know this is how I am, why don’t you come prepared” he already knew I was pissed and kept provoking me even more. I will NEVER return to this store as long as he’s working. He’s an entitled old man who needs to be fired.

This is the cleanest and most organized UPS store I’ve ever been in. Employees are always great. Shout out to Victor for his humor and always being friendly.

I have never had such a rude experience at this store before until I encountered the Manager Victor. I came to retrieve a package that I had delivered to the store. He immediately began aggressively speaking to me, I ignored it and provided him with the requested information.
He told me my package wasn’t there. I explained to him that this was my second trip to the store and the other ladies on staff couldn’t find it the first time and told me to come back in a few days in case it was delivered later in the week. He asked to see the email UPS sent, I showed him. He read the email wrong and told me that I wasn’t supposed to pick it up until the 29th. I asked for his name and position as I walked out the store and went to my car to double check the email. The email read “pickup BY the 29th” meaning that it would be sent back if I didn’t pick it up by then. I went back in showed him the email & pointed out where it says “Ready for pickup” he was rude again. I then asked for a 1-800 number. He then tells me I am being rude,I asked him how is asking for a 1-800 being rude. He gives me the number aggressively and dismissively. As a manager there was no offer to help me locate my package, no help with opening a claim, no info. giving on next steps. His stance was that I was S.O.L. Now after reading these reviews I realize who I was dealing with. I will also be contacting the corporate office relentlessly. Having several negative reviews about the manager of a store is a problem that needs to be addressed.
