Giving 3 stars because I love their package services. However, I changed my address with USPS to my private mailbox there and now I'm not receiving any of my mine or my husbands mail. Multiple business that I do business with and send me mail have called and told me my important mail letters were returned to sender. I just went on the USPS website to do my official change of address AGAIN bc I want my mail to come to my apt now because everything is getting returned and unfortunately I can't even change it now without termination of this private mailbox. I just need my USPS regular mail, this is crazy. I wouldn't have ever changed my address (that they told me I should do) if I would've known they would be returning basically all my mail to sender. They have also given me a hard time about adding my own husband to my private mailbox (who shares my last name) he submitted his passport and Drivers license which is all that is required as well as a document with our home address. I dont know if this is an issue with USPS forwarding services if its USPS returning all my mail or if it is this store not accepting it. I will make sure my private mailbox number and address is updated on all my accounts and hope that helps with getting my mail.

Was trying to simply return a pair of shoes with a prepaid shipping label. Was told I had to pay $3 to print the label and spend $12 on a box to ship the shoes in, ridiculous! Went to a BETTER ups store down the street, got the label printed for FREE and purchase a $3 bag to ship the shoes in. Be ware of the upselling UPS lol, what a joke! Manager should be ashamed. I won’t return to this location!

The older lady who works is not friendly at all, she doesn't like to help. I didn't remember my email and didn't want to print it even though I sent it to the store's email. I had already sent it to the store's email several times and other employees printed it. She made me do it from the outside computer and I couldn't because I forgot my password and I still paid 2 dollars for nothing, I got scammed. He stole my money and didn't help. Be aware of the customer service given to customers.

The UPS Store at Gaston DallasI had 2 bad experiences with this UPS store location a few years back so I boycotted it. Fast forward to 9/22/23. I went in there yesterday because I was running an errand in this shopping center and thought that I'd try this UPS store (again) to complete a transaction/return. The woman at the counter acted like I was infringing on her time and had a poor attitude. She did not want to help me. I needed a return authorization printed out and was ready to pay for it. She was standing at her computer talking to her co workers and they were all complaining about their work and who was working what shift. I'm still standing there. Finally she says that she can't print it out. I told her to forget it and I went to the BETTER UPS store located in Casa Linda . Those guys there have their act together and I've never had the bad attitude or incompetent treatment that I get at the Gaston store. You've lost my business forever!

I have been going here for over 10 years. Christina, Mark and Alexis have always provided excellent service. So I sent an email requesting a copy of an attachment to email. I called and spoke with an employee by the name of Megan ask asked to do print out for me. I explained It was attachment the needed to be signed. I went today to pick the attachment that needed to be signed Megan failed to inform along in attachment was 100 pages. As I was picking up I explained I only need the one page. I asked if she had noticed attached had 100 pages why didn’t she inform me. She stated she did , but next time she would ask if I need all 100 pages. I do believe she needs to be trained to ask more questions when it comes to printing attachments from the emails so that none will go to waste. I only needed one sheet out of 100. Sadly the rest of 99 printed copies was useless and could have saved me money and not to mention wasting paper. Can someone please give her some extra training in scenarios like theses so this does not happen again. Thank you

Avoid this UPS location at all costs. Manager named “Christina” has the worst behavior of any customer service person we have EVER encountered- rude, unhelpful and extremely antagonistic.These folks have lost several of our packages and is honestly the worst UPS location we’ve ever dealt with. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are better UPS locations around.

Returned some Amazon packages. They were quick and efficient. The construction made it a bit tricky to get to Google map but parking wasn't bad
