I'm fairly sure that UPS employees are actively stealing items from customers packages at this location. I ordered an iPhone, it was left at this location. The iPhone was not in the box. Clear tape that does not match the original shipping tape was put on the box and various other stickers were place all over the box to hide this. This was handed to me by the manager John Powers, and he mentioned the box was damaged and felt empty. It appeared he was the only employee in the store at the time. I had a separate package with an Apple watch that was delivered to my home that was cut open. The driver actually handed me an open package. I believe the employees recognize the address associated with the phone carriers that ship these items. They open the boxes, take what they want, close them up, and give them to you like nothing happened. Attaching pictures for proof.

Highly recommend this UPS! Their customer service is above and beyond. I had a very difficult package to ship and this UPS was the only shipper able to make it happen and made the process seamless. My package arrived fast and in great condition. I usually don’t write reviews, however, I felt very inclined to after having such a great experience.

This is convenient for me but one of the guys working at this location is miserable and sarcastic. I will go out of my way in future to avoid this store. Everyone very nice in the Lemmon Avenue store, worth a few extra miles.

The short guy with a buzz cut is literally SCAMMING people. He makes up fees and charges out of thin air for shipping even if you buy & pre-print the shipping label & drop-off a fully packaged and paid for item. I have sold clothes online for years, the process doesn't change, you pay for shipping online and then drop-off the packaged item in any USPS store for free. I have NEVER had an issue at a single drop-off for the past decade. I print my own shipping labels, i package my items in my own padded envelopes, and i showed up to this store to do a FREE drop-off as usual at every other USPS location ever to exist. This guy tells me i need to pay a drop-off fee and that my envelope is wrong and i need to buy a $4 envelope. He ended up charging me $8 to ship a $7 item that already had its shipping paid for. SCAM SCAM SCAM. He does this every single time i drop-off a package and comes up with a different excuse as to why i need to be charged TWICE for shipping so i had to switch to a different location where they actually follow the rules

The worst experience I've had in a very long time. Last night I walked in around 6:27pm. First I didn't know they close so early. Business people that have to just do return and business before that because these people just don't care. I thought I prepared myself for anything so I printed a QR code and struggle with a big heavy box to the second floor. Parking, there's no parking but that another thing. The valet guys were kind enough to hold my car while I return two items. Well, the guy behind the counter did not allowed me to go to my car and get my work laptop so I can show him the QR code. It was 6:29pm and even though I asked him to just allow me, to go out and back in he furiously said no. So I was a little rude and told him I was going to get the QT code from my phone but that I had to log of my personal Amazon account to log in to my business one. He yelled at me to leave the store and I refused. He even told me that he was going to be late to his next job and that he had bills to pay. He started slamming things around and messing with the register. He went to the back and made a call and while he was taking to someone he said "these people, the same people as alway". I was rude to him and told him that if he had just allowed me to get the QR code from my laptop we would all be fine and he didn't even say sorry. He even slammed the box of my return to the floor when I left. Honestly, if I had anyone else I would have thought he was going yo hit me or something. I don't get his name but he was working the closing shift on 2.28.22.

The UPS location is a mainstay for residents Of Highland Park; personalized service for the residents of HP. The staff is amicable, they provide efficient service and know everyone who has a mailbox. Most of the box holders are old guard Highland Park, who use this location to receive mail; instead of their home address. Many residents like myself have more than one home, and this location serves as a central hub. As most of the old guard establishments in HP are, there is a reason for this privacy. This is not a typical drop-off location for UPS, not by any means. The negative reviews are not indicative of the service; the perception may be that staff is rude, which is not the case. I have had my mail sent to this location for over 15 years, perfect service.

A little hard to find: it's above the honor bar in the gallery of little offices.

John gives the worst customer service there and honestly I've delayed many times from doing business with this shop, and I live across the street. I really hope this business gets all new employees someday........

I’ve been here longer than 10 minutes. I wonder how long ago this sign was placed.

It was really hard to find this location. However, especially in light of the pandemic, not only was my process efficient, but also the young woman who was working (I did not catch her name) could not have been nicer!

Efficient, yes. Convenient not so much since it moved upstairs and parking is a pain. Avoid lunch time; especially try to avoid lunch time on Thursdays and Fridays.

Angel was very courteous and helpful however this is the strangest UPS location. After circling 3 times I found the UPS to be on 2nd floor. I had a 60lbs box, he gave me a dolly but nearest elevator was not working. I had to walk to the other end of the building, being the big box up trying to open 4 doors on my way with my other hand. I wished I went to another location
