Said they attempted to deliver a package when they didn’t and now we have to wait two business days to get it. On top of that the store took SEVERAL call attempts to even get anyone to answer just to do nothing.

Not sure why but my package is being delivered here instead of my house. Called UPS and they said I wasn’t home, I can assure you I was home and waiting for my package as well as that I never saw anything on my Ring camera

As a franchise, I was told by customer service that they can charge whatever they want. Charged me $98.00 to ground transport 3 pieces of art. USPS charged half. Never use these companies.

Consistently rude staff throughout the years no matter if you're doing returns, shipping, etc. Drive a few more minutes to the one on Cedar Springs Road where they have always been helpful and patient with more counters and staff who are more knowledgeable and efficient.

Favorite location by far! I always go to this location for all my shipping needs. JaVonte has always been so kind and helpful to everybody that walks in there. Definitely knowledgeable with great people skills
