came in an hour before closing and had a wonderful employee help us package and ship two boxes to different addresses. guy was beyond helpful with providing local food recommendations and helping us ensure we're getting our packages delivered on time!

Appears to be under new management, as service is slow and staff is kinda rude. Evening though there was no one in line ahead of me it took me about 10 minutes to get my package.
Pro tip: if someone has a key to a box they are a customer. Demanding ID at that point is a rude waste of time.

ALI RAMIREZ WAS AWESOME!!.SHE WAS VERY SWEET AND KIND.I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER PLACES WERE PERSON ATTENDING ME SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE AND EXPECT YOU TO KNOW EVERYTHING.ALI RAMIREZ WAS VERY POLITE GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND MADE SMALL TALK WHILE COMPLETING TRANSACTION (LOVED THAT) SHE ALSO SPELLED NAMES CORRECTLY BIG PLUS CAUSE IN THE PASS HAS CAUSED SOME VERY FRUSTRATING PROBLEMS.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ALI RAMIREZ PROVIDED IT WAS EXCELLENT YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER.
