Stopped by on Friday at about 2 pm just to drop off a package, and I stood in line waiting while one employee helped the person in front of me.
The problem was there were 3 employees, the other 2 never offered to help or even offer a courtesy, "Sorry for the wait, we'll be right with you."
Another person came in and, after waiting, used the computer to print her own label, then asked the only employee who was helping anyone if she could just leave it and go.

NEVER go during the weekend. You've been warned. They had a very polite employee working but he was the only person working. I was 4th in line and waited 40 minutes because every person in front of me had at least 10 packages to send. He was extremely slow but I can't blame him because he had to stay organized. How they only have one person working weekends is crazy.

Very slow service. Third time in a row I’ve gone in and waited in a 5 person line because the only employee working has no sense of urgency. I’ve only had a normal UPS store at this location on weekends when they have multiple employees working. Use the riverfront location if possible. Much, much better experience every time.

I’ve been to this UPS store multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff who work here are all extremely friendly, efficient, and organized. Even when it’s busy, they manage to keep the line moving and remain helpful.FYI, parking can be a little tight, tho there seems to be more spots behind. Also, when exiting the lot, it’s easier to get out from the exit farthest from Armstrong Ave.

Terrible experience at this location. Waited in normal line. Once at the counter my preprinted and package label was not scannable. Long line formed again behind me; and was asked to step aside so the employee could help other guests. I completely understood this reasoning, but after 20 mins of standing and holding my package; watching 3 full lines of people come and go, I asked why I was still standing and waiting. He continued to say he was going to help me, yet 5 more people were serviced. Finally the other employee noticed me and asked “Is it just not scanning?” They immediately took me to the back counter and solved the issue in 10 seconds. Didn’t get the first employee’s name but he seemed to be the manager. Maybe more training is needed?

This place is a joke. They steadfastly refused to print a return label for me unless I paid them $2. I asked how this could be possible—isn’t the label part and parcel of the shipping? I was informed this is not the case, and that a $2 “printing fee” would be assessed. I was offered the opportunity to log into my personal email on their public (unsecured) computer to print it myself. I’m not sure I understand the distinction between me using their resources to print a label and their employees doing the same.Edited to add: The response is nonsensical. You cannot ship a package with UPS without a label. Therefore, once shipping is paid for, the label needs to be included. The label IS the service. Any other response or policy is inadequate.

Staff was rude. Was told by Lego that store would tape box and print label but staff berated me for not having box taped.

Sent a package off 8/22 3 attempts and it wasn't delivered IT WAS SENT BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND NO ONE CALLED ME! I ALSO WAS UNAWARE THAT THE PACKAGE WOULDN'T BE LEFT IF NOONE WAS HOME NO SPECIAL DELIVERY JUST A LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR ORDER OR I WOULD HAVE SENT IT THEW FEDEX.. NOT EVERY CUSTOMER LIVE IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IF U DIDN'T LEAVE THE PACKAGE WHY OFFER SERVICE IN THOSE AREAS!

I had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever had by a man doing the work of two people with a line of 10 people behind me. He had the best attitude and professionalism.
