Love this location for its friendly staff. You make shipping packages bearable! Every time I have walked in, I have been greeted by a team member. Thank you for being a great member of our community.

Very slow service. Third time in a row I’ve gone in and waited in a 5 person line because the only employee working has no sense of urgency. I’ve only had a normal UPS store at this location on weekends when they have multiple employees working. Use the riverfront location if possible. I had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever had by a man doing the work of two people with a line of 10 people behind me. He had the best attitude and professionalism.
