I visited this UPS location this morning to return a pair of pants to Amazon, following the instructions provided. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The employee at the counter, Dan, was unhelpful and rude. He refused to accept my package unless I purchased a box, which I found surprising since most UPS locations offer free bags for returns.
It seems like this location is charging customers unnecessarily, asking for $2 for a box when all that is needed is a simple plastic bag. When I requested to speak with a manager or a regional supervisor to file a complaint about what I perceived as price gouging, Dan threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I was merely trying to express my concerns, but it felt like my voice was ignored.
This experience reflects poorly on the business, and I hope they reconsider their customer service approach.

Dan and Negtali are doing an excellent job here. This is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I actually like coming here. Keep up the good work!!! Bonus their comp!!

The only UPS store I go to.
This location can get busy pretty fast but I’m usually in and out pretty quick! Thank you Dan for being nice and patient with me ( and my items ). Great customer service, as always.

I go out of my way to go to this store. I have always received above and beyond customer service from just about every single person in this store. They are always friendly, super helpful, have a great attitude and get the job done seamlessly.

I takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Part One: I have gone to this location many times with mostly good experiences. I went two days in a row with many very heavy packages. I try to park as close to the door as possible, and I never park in the handicap spot. Multiple times when I go, people park in handicap. I tell the employees, and they do nothing about it. This happened two days in a row this week not counting all the times in the past. This is highly discriminatory. Part Two: When I arrived at the store yesterday carrying a heavy package, I asked the person if it was okay to leave it where I was putting it on the counter. He turned his back to me and I didn't hear any reply. I'm not hearing challenged. I asked again, and he responded in a ridiculously loud and sarcastic voice. I told him he was being rude, and he responded that I couldn't hear. I have no trouble hearing unless you are turning your back on me and mumbling under your voice. I didn't get his name. This on top of them allowing able body people with no handicap credentials to park in handicap was a bit much.

I have used this UPS location for several years off and on. But today I was given a very unexpected and different reaction than I typically have. On every other occasion, I’ve been greeted with politeness and willingness to Help, but today, the customer service representative by the name, Victor was nothing short of hostile with me. I was simply trying to make an Amazon return and he could’ve easily turned into this into a quick comment about this just needs to be more secure, but instead it turned into a shouting argument and unwelcome rudeness. I have never experienced that as a customer in my entire life after reading other comments on this page, I can see that this is not the first interaction he has had with the same intensity. He told me he’s been doing this for 25 years maybe it’s time to retire. I would like to thank the young lady. I believe her name was Alexa for helping me and diffusing the situation and I did like your Birthday nails.

Today on 8:39 I have arrived to ship a package from ups from cologuard exact sciences laboratories and when I entered the the store fast ⏩ one of the employees asked me if I was shipping something funny I told him no it's a medical sample test and finally scanned the package ? and received my tracking number receipt I didn't spent hours late but I was fast before they closed the store
