This location is supposed to open at 10:00 am. I got there at 11:15 am to a line of people waiting outside saying no one has showed up yet to work. This was after my package has been held in limbo for a week with no updates on the tracking. I'm doubtful I'll ever get my package at this rate.

What happened to UPS? Why can I not call someone on their corporate phone line and get help, the automated system hangs up on me over and over again. Worse part is is that I have no ability to even review the poor service to further let them know their system is worse than talking to a two year old. People in the stores can’t help me either. All of this to say is why can the UPS driver not get into my apartment complex? I see them drop off packages to other apartments during the week and they have delivered packages to me at my door step plenty of times before. Like are the drivers still lazy and don’t want to do their job because like are they still not be paid enough?UPS will nickel and dime you for their own incompetence. We just wanted our package to go to a store if they were going to act incompetent and pretend like they don’t know how to get into our apartment complex. We had to pay to do that? Like lmao we pay enough for shipping and insurance and I still have to continue to pay because they can’t do their job in the first place.Glad they are making my choice to not buy things online anymore easier. Never sending my holiday gifts to my family via UPS ever again.

This is the reason UPS is the worst shipping organization in the US. FedEx is beating them appropriately b/c 2 words, UPS $UX.They screwed up my 2nd shipment & I've only used them twice. 1st shipment driver stole my pckg, UPS silence. 2nd package perishables, receiving clerk keyed in wrong address, 800 number sent me to address which NEVER has packages, new address is 40 min away...I will NEVER use UPS again, now I know why employees hate working here. #UPSUX

UPS was able to deliver my packages last year but this month started to send back all of the packages to my address without any valid reason. A UPS agent called me via: +1 (972) 559-7400 name is possibly Mario J or Joshua Jenkins ( delivery driver living in Mesquite) from this center. Very rude and unprofessional, would not listen to anything I said. Screams at me there is nothing I can do, I can’t check it, I can’t do anything, doesn’t answer how to get delivery issue resolved. And hanged up my call when I asked to speak to a manager. I can’t believe an customer service person with decent training to be this unprofessional

I paid $40 for overnight delivery. For some reason they require a signature, left a notice starting they would be back the next day. I waited around all day for them to show up, but he never came. Two days in a row I have been waiting on an overnight delivery. I have no idea where my package is to pick it up. Can't contact anyone but a useless computer. At least with FedEx, if you miss the delivery guy, they tell you where to go get the thing. I will never knowingly use UPS for anything.

My experience with ups is terrible. They have left my packages on the side of the road in the rain. I can never get ahold of someone to find packages "that can't be delivered " I really hope retailers stop using this Postal Service because I'm sure people will stop buying from the stores that use this service because it's really really bad.

It’s 2022. Your tracking needs to be better than “Will arrive by 7pm”, especially when it’s sent priority.

If I could give no stars I would. UPS customer support is all about false promises. It's always, "you will receive a phone call first thing in the morning on where your package is". For days this is what I was told. Then the package was located and sent to a pickup center that was never a pickup center off Stemmins FWY in Dallas. Even the women there is irritated that the 1-800 send people there. I called and verified this location 2 times and I was told 100% my package was there. It wasn't.. Found out that the driver decided to change my address and then labeled the delivery as, wrong address. Didn't even attempt to deliver the package to the address that was actually on my package. Every time I called it was all the same, it looks like your package couldn't be delivered, we will have someone call you in a hr for delivery instructions. No one ever called and I have probably called them 15 times at this point! Below is where you can actually pick up a package. UPS is a joke!

UPS is competent. I keep getting receiver refused package. I haven’t refused anything and it’s the second in one week it has happened. I was told it was here and it would be held! I check tracking again and it’s being returned to sender. Like, if you don’t wanna do the job quit it! Stop lying like it’s been attempted!
