I will never do another return here. I walk into the USPS and drop off my return and it’s no problem no charge …..here they charge for everything absolutely not !!!!!! And over priced $2.00 for yall to print a label … absolutely nothing.

This is the absolute BEST UPS Store in the DFW Metroplex in my opinion. It is a bit tricky to drive into and park but well worth that little bit of extra effort. The staff always greet me with a smile and a Hello. Regardless of how busy they may be, the service provided to me always feels personal and targeted at taking care of my request efficiently and accurately. When there are situations where I must use a different UPS Store, I always compare and so far there has not been another location even close to the top notch service provided by the staff in this store!

This is my first time visiting this UPS Store location. It is in a great spot. There was limited parking, but the staff was excellent. Jared, the associate, was accommodating, very pleasant, and attentive. He ensured the experience was enjoyable while taking care of my business, which needed to return an AT&T modem and accessories. I would recommend this location.

Great location. Not lots of parking, but they are well staffed! The staff is also attentive and really nice and I did my Amazon return in 2 minutes! Def would recommend

Parking at the location I went to is hard. I'm pretty sure not many people know about a parking lot that's somewhat hidden. I didn't even know till I went recently.

This store is one of the best in Dallas. I am originally from Chicago here in Dallas on business and Jared had some top notch customer service. I will for sure be returning to this store just because of him. Excellent work and very helpful!

Top Tier Service! Jared and Tyler were very attentive to my needs and made my experience not only smooth and easy but very pleasant as well. Customer service is unmatched compared to most businesses now days!

Every single person in this store is absolutely phenomenal. Jeremy/Adrian/Tyler/Jared and even Kenny, the driver! Not only are they extremely helpful, but they also make the experience so much fun! The sweet ladies that work earlier in the day are fantastic as well. I just wish I remembered their names.
Great job UPS! You know how to pick amazing people to work for you!
