What an amazing experience! Now I live in Plano but my UPS didn’t have the my work systems I needed for my job. Anyway I had to drive to Dallas so about 30min with traffic. I got there at met Aladdin who had the best customer service I had seen in many years he even insisted he Cary my systems to my car. I don’t care if he is further I am definitely going to make that trip so worth the customer service. If his manager reads this he really needs recognition because again I will drive 30mins opposed to 5 now that says something!
