Our company was invited last minute to a conference and our representative left her business cards at home in the hustle. Bobby was VERY accommodating, and even though we missed his 3 p.m. closing time, he followed up to let us know he had to stick around and was still at the store so we could get the cards! Reasonably priced, fast and friendly service - great experience!

I recently dropped off a package via UPS and was charged $5 “drop off fee” due to being inside a hotel. Package was under 10 pounds, price goes up by weight.
To get inside enter via Akard & Ross doors (Starbucks corner) and take those elevators to level “0”.
If you’re near downtown, the nearest free drop off locations would be in Uptown on McKinney next to JuiceLand or in the Arts District on Riverfront Blvd next to Double D’s.
Unfortunate overhead fees as I’m a resident of downtown dallas and this is the nearest UPS to my home.
Customer service was 5 stars.

WORST UPS EVER !! My first time going here earlier in the year I didn’t have any problems dropping off a package or didn’t have to pay anything. Went back in March and it was a drop off fee of $5 PER PACKAGE. I even had a return code & a prepaid label. I use to work at a UPS and any return or drop off is supposed to be free. Receptionist was so rude about it.

Despite having a QR code that did not require boxing or packaging, the store required I get both and was going to charge me a fee of $5 because it weighed less than 5 lb. I went to a different UPS store and I paid $0.00 and did not package anything. Also, the receptionist was quite rude.

Bobby is the reason. He was so nice, informative, and helpful. We need more people like him working in customer service.

Sent a package here assuming they would have normal hours, but they're 10-3 mon-fri. If you have a job, don't ship anything here. I had to pay $15 to ship it a few blocks away instead.

I called and asked a simple question. Jeremy was rude, cut me off, and had attitude.Additionally, the store hours listed on site are incorrect. I was inconvenienced for several days because of the misinformation. My advice, use another UPS location.

I prepaid and packaged, and they charged $25 to simply drop off the box. I was in the store for less than a minute to drop off. Absurd. Scam.

This UPS is located at the lower floor of Fairmont Dallas hotel. We came here to use the printer and print the label. Self service but fast and easy. 29c for B&W printing. We asked to use their tape to wrap it up and drop off at USPS, not even their store.Jeremy was so beyond expectations: attentive, delightful, and so kind to help me out and even gave the pouch to put the label in for me to make sure it’s safe. While most places I’ve been they will charge and make you buy the tapes. Really appreciated and walked out with happiness!

I had to return an item ordered online. The merchant issued a UPS return slip so that I would not need to pay for shipping. But this UPS store is “special” and they have a drop off fee of $5. I do not have time to waste trying to figure out which UPS stores are so special that they get a $5 fee and which do not have a fee for “free shipping. However I do have one minute to say in a review that people should just avoid this location altogether because there is nothing special about this store that deserves a $5 fee when other stores apparently do not.
