I’ve been to the Chicago location and absolutely loved it and the customer service was phenomenal. I cannot say the same for the Dallas location. Tonight was my first time here and the young white girl working was very rude and belittling. I was checking out with the Hispanic girl and had my jewelry picked out and was ready to pay when the white girl walked up and interrupted us. She than began to talk to me as if I was stupid. I told her multiple times I already had the correct ring and size I wanted and was just checking out. She refused to let me proceed and kept badgering me. I decided to walk away from the situation and left the store. I will never return to this location.

Visiting Dallas and my friend who is local brought me here. Loved all the pieces of jewelry! Came home with 2 beautiful necklaces I can’t get in Canada!

The hidden gem here is the Hard Feelings perfume. It’s my new favorite thing. It’s affordable but smells expensive. I’d compare it to a couple different Chanel Chance scents. It’s unique, sexy, long lasting and layerable. It’s unisex but I think it could lean more masculine or femme depending how you layer it. By itself I think it’s perfect. It goes perfectly with my own chemistry. I will be back to get more and probably pick up something sparkly. The cowboy hat earrings caught my eye ;) additionally the staff was super friendly and also loved the perfume!

I love uncommon James and this shop did not disappoint, beautiful inside and the girls couldn’t have been more friendly. They also have everything available from the jewellery, uncommon beauty, clothing and home.

I purchased a necklace here last year on vacation. I have worn it atleast twice a week since then. It still looks as beautiful as when I got it. Great quality. High style. Love Uncommon James!

Bought a beautiful necklace here yesterday. I also tried on some earrings and stupidly forgot to put my own earrings back in and left them at the store around 5:30 pm yesterday. I figured somebody probably took them but when I called Destiny and Daniella this morning they found them for me! I was stuck at work far away so I arranged for an Uber package delivery to get it to me and the girls were outside on the sidewalk waiting for the Uber for the handoff. The Uber ended up canceling and I had to head over really quick before heading back to the airport but I was blown away by their customer service. Thank you ladies for getting my earrings back to me, I will never forget how well you treat your customers.

Been wanting to purchase a necklace that is out of stock The only store that has it is Dallas, I live in Florida and they cannot ship You have to be there in person to purchase. Poor business decision.....
