lasted 2 days i got let go for doing one mistake at my SECOND day not even a warning or nothing next thing i know im just not on the system no one even came to tell me not to come the next morning staff is clearly unorganized at the moment everytime i want to talk to someone bosses are never available. this was my experience hopefully it turns out different for the person reading this.

They say they’re up open 24/hrs so I showed up at 5am for a 9am appointment. I was let in the gate but then had to sit for 3/hrs for shipping to open at 8am. I can’t complain because my appointment was at 9am, was in a door at 8:15am and finished and out by 9:30am.

Many negative comments, maybe I was lucky because my delivery was at 10:00 but at 8:30 they received me and at 09:20 it was already unloaded, for delivery check in at door 7 which is entering on the left side, for pick up you have to go around the entire building and when you reach the limit you park and walk through the pedestrian entrance to check in at door 33, you must not hinder access or you will be expelled from the facilities and you will not enter again

***Directions*** I-20 to Mountain Creek Parkway North. Go about a mile and you will see them on the right. Take the first entrance which is the South entrance. Go to the gate and Buzz In. For deliveries they will say check in door 33. You will go all the way around the building which is a tight fit. Watch for other trucks coming around. Go all the way to the end but do not block the gate. Even though this is Chained and locked they said they will ban you or arrest you or something. 😒 You will be near door 31. Go through the man door on the fence. Then go to the door that says shipping check in. Make sure you have your broker name, full address for delivery, pick up number which begins with 177 or so, and have two load straps in the back of your trailer.
