Highly recommend Michelle at the salon!!! Made a last minute decision to have my hair trimmed here and Michelle did an absolutely wonderful job, was extremely knowledgeable, and so pleasant to be around!

I went in this store to shop but the store staff is awful. They ignore customers just busy with themselves, its almost impossible to ask for assistance. One of the associates was so rude when I asked her to show me where the body sprays are available. Associates are busy checking themselves out with on mirrors with their 6 layers of make up on instead of helping customers. I decided I will shop at another shop where atleast I am not ignored for being the wrong hue. Thanks for nothing ulta ugly.

I was in this store one day looking for blush I was stoping look at the blush then there’s a creepy guy with black clothes came very fast and stand opposite to me and just staring at me I don’t know if he works there or not he just staring at me, it was very scary so I left.. the situation was very weird

This is a get in and get what you need store. Don’t expect any customer service. Which I don’t mind. Most of the store was kept up with well. I did notice Juivias products weren’t orderly so I fixed it up ? they either don’t bother to organize certain sections or someone left it a mess. Pretty much how the beige boxes are sitting on the shelf that’s how they all were and the bottles of the makeup were twisted in different directions.
Will say they have a great selection of juivias products.

Horrible customer service at the register. The lady at the register was very rude and demeaning. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Do not come here! There are other Ulta stores that treat you better.

I went in looking for a cologne, but they didn’t have it. I ended up with a new mascara and the hustle butter tattoo cream in travel sizes, which is nice if you want to try something and don’t want to spend full price on the full size.

Excellent store! My wife's first visit was yesterday evening. I just sat outside in the car in front of the store. Our rub is the locality folks! This huge outdoor shopping mall (outlet mall complex in Dallas just off 75). Anyways. I'm from the old school of driving and transportation. I look where I am going or I look before I leap! In any case though we almost got ran over on this rooftop parking garage section that's associated with this outdoor mall. Folks just not at all interested in doing anything but backing up their vehicles and getting on with their day. You stand aside buddy! No. That's not at all how this works my friend. Share the road! They don't. Must be a sin to do so here in Big D? Anyways. Nice store. Nice enough locality. Just an overly busy place where it's at. Y'all stay safe out there!

Messy like most Ultas, organized weird. Too small of a space for the amount of product. The cashier the morning of 5/12/24 was rude. I had a tissue in my basket that had clearly been used to wipe swatches off of my hand. usually the cashiers just throw them away…. this girl waited until my transaction was done, handed me my bag, then shoved the tissue towards me and said “can you take that with you?”with a little attitude. LMAO. that has never happened to me. i could understand if i had blown my nose but the tissue clearly had bronzer and eyeshadow all over it.

Trying to force you to give them your phone number,first and last name stating that they need all these info to complete the transaction like my money is not enough
