Need to hire mature cashiers. I usually love this store and I’ve had good experience with many employees. These two girls in particular were trash. Maybe they’re in high school and they’re trying to be mean girls. I don’t know but it’s not cute. They were laughing and being weird. I was about to buy a lot of makeup but I left everything at the counter because they were weird and I didn’t like their energy. This happened on 10/31/23

Couldn’t get good help at this store. Like most makeup stores the employees don’t make the experience of buying makeup fun. But make it a hassle.I don’t wear a lot of makeup and the brand I needed wasn’t available so I asked for a recommendation for a product I never used. I asked for a sample and the employee did not want to provide me with one instead she told me I can buy and and get a full refund.I do not want to come to the store every time and buy a product does not work for me. I simply want a sample so I can come back and buy the product that works.Thanks for nothing

Always greeted and asked if I need help, LOVE THAT! This time they suggested $$$ primer and I didn't see any difference from the cheaper stuff I was shown last time... I'll give it until it runs out

Store is very dirty and the associate who stand around the counter all the time are rude. If you ask them for help they will try to pawn you off on someone else. Store is not very stocked and don’t get me started on the roller and travel perfume section. It looks terrible and is never cleaned. It’s such bad service I’d rather order online then drive 2 mins down the road to go to this store. It looks like some of the staff have been acting rude for awhile now so I’m sure Ulta just doesn’t care. Please do not response to this review and tell me your apologetic for my experience because the fact that people have complained about the same things for over a year tells me your not and you do not care that I’m a customer.

This is one of the best Ulta's I have ever been to! I am a regular client that comes to see Logan, and I wouldn't change a thing! He is so kind and helpful! I 100% trust him with anything he does! When shopping, everyone is so kind and helpful! I choose this store out of two others that are even closer to my house. I'm so thankful for Ulta Garland Road!!

I have been going to the salon for several months now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always pleasant and works to make each visit a special experience.Hair cut/color: Cecilia is AMAZING and such an awesome stylist! When I wanted to update my style, she gave me some ideas and helped me find a color that really fit me. After each appointment, I usually go shopping nearby. Every time I do, I have at least one person comment on how good my hair/color looks.Makeup/Hair Style: Logan did an amazing job getting me ready for a wedding with formal makeup and hair styling. He matched my style PERFECTLY and I received multiple compliments on how natural it looked. Even though the time was already booked, he fit me into his schedule and got me all setup in less than an hour.

I encountered only one nice associate in the whole store and it wasn't busy. I walked around for 10 mins,before being assisted. The gentleman was helping some one and when he finished he waited on me. I came for a specific item,a female employee stated that she didn't know if the item was carried there are not. This was after the gentleman assisted me. I'll be shopping at Sephora going forward.

I honestly prefer this location over the one on North Park. I stay in Dallas so the closest one to me is Cedar Hill or Town East. However, they have better customer support. I was looking for a perfume ( Valention Donna born in roma yellow ) it wasn’t at this location, it was at the one off North Park. Carlynn was happy to assist and answer all questions related to eligible coupons I could use on todays visit. Was able to redeem my birthday freebie and got 5x points when I did my pick up order at North Park. I’ll forever shop at the Casa Linda location as long as she is here. Thank you for making this a good store experience.

I walked in here the other night with my son who is on the spectrum. He wasn’t misbehaving but you can tell he just didn’t want to stay put. A girl helped me find what I was looking for right away and never made me feel like my son was a bother to her or the store. I wish I remembered her name, but she has no idea how much it meant to me how welcoming and willing to help me find what I was looking for. She even walked up to the register as I was paying to kind of “play” with my son so he wouldn’t run away. I hate how I was rushing and didn’t catch her name but I will update this review as soon as I get it. She is AMAZING!

I accidentally ordered the wrong color for a pick up order and wanted to swap out the colors of the foundation and the cashier cancelled my foundation from the pickup and wanted to charge me for the new foundation instead of doing an even exchange on one transaction. When I asked why I couldn’t return the foundation, I was told that pickups can’t be returned for 24 hours, this is not included in the return policy so I’m not sure where this information is coming from.

Yes, there is NO customer service. They always act like they are higher than everyone. I remember the week the store opened and I walked in with my boyfriend. The female immediately asked to assist him which he had NO clue what he was doing in there. I was never acknowledged or greeted. Today I went to the restroom to find smeared feces on the floor. This store it always dirty and unwelcoming.

I was looking for a forever stylist. When Logan examined my hair I was convinced he fully understood my hair. He talked about the texture and previous color being a concern for a texture curl style. His remedy was to apply a keratin treatment. However he didn’t utilize the product to its full potential. The end result is I have my same kinky afro that was set with mousse for curls. Basically hair that’s stiff and can’t be combed without springing back to an Afro. Bottom line the stylist didn’t realize you can’t style my hair without changing the texture of my hair. My natural hair is a kinky fro rolling it won’t change that. The salons offer to fix my locks is to reset my hair. A stiff hair style will simply result in kinky hair once it’s combed.My profile photo is the result of a Brazilian blowout in the past. I won’t dare post a picture of my hair today after my very expensive visit to Ulta.I want to believe that any skilled stylist can successfully style any hair type. Logan wants to own this skill set but has proven at my expense to be very wrong. You’re nice and kind, but please stay in your lane. I’m embarrassed for believing you could perform the task.Shame on you LoganShame on you UltaYou owe me the full Keratin treatment I paid for!

I took my daughter in for a makeup appointment. We were so impressed with the knowledge and care our stylist took with her. Age appropriate, friendly, helpful. Awesome experience for a young girl curious about makeup and skin care.
