I came across a sponsored post on Facebook for Cody Weaver. After looking for an apartment in my budget on my own for a few weeks to no avail, I clicked on the sponsored ad and reached out. Best decision I ever made. Cody was hands down the best! Very attentive, patient and helpful. I can honestly say I wouldn't have found my new apartment if it wasn't for him. Matt Cassidy is hands down the G.O.A.T. when it comes to getting people their homes. My son and I relocated to Dallas about a month ago from SC. I thought I was able to complete a search and locate a place on my own but I couldn't tell the difference between Oak Cliff and Oak Tree. I emailed the agency and by that afternoon, Matt called me to review what I was looking for in homes. Matt sent out emails and text messages to make sure he located possible homes I would like. He even met me Superbowl morning to check out one location I was interested in. Matt pulled multiple rabbits out of his hat during the application process to ensure that I got everything in to the real estate agent and to keep me encouraged about the process. I am proud to say that due to Matt's experience and hard work, my son and I move into our home this Saturday. Thanks so much Matt!

this leasing office mislead me with advertisements for places that are not for lease to get my information. not only that but they took down my review the first time when i tried to warn other people that they will bait and switch you. when i told them that their advertisements were incorrect and misleading they quickly turned rude and told me to go find someone else. they then started harassing me on yelp telling me to take my review down. somehow they conviced yelp to do it even though i had a valid complaint. beware they aren't what they say!!

Carver Bennet contacted us quickly and provided excellent customer experience. He was professional and took time to learn our needs and circumstances and spent the whole day showing us the houses that fit our needs and help us find a new home . Typhani Morgan is truly amazing. She was attentive to our housing needs. She didn't blow us off when I told her that we had a pit bull, rather she took the time to help us find pitty-friendly housing. She was very patient with my pickiness and indecisiveness. Her sweet smile and demeanor were definitely an added bonus during this stressful time! We finally settled on great townhouse close to food, shopping, and most importantly, 4 minutes from work. Will definitely use Typhani in the future!

My fiance and I were moving to Dallas and needed help finding an apartment. We were referred to Carver Bennett who was a huge help! My fiance looked at over 15 apartments and Carver sent me videos of the apts since I couldn't be there. Working with Carver made everything much easier.
