I can't recommend Texas Transmission Repair on Regal Row in Dallas enough! Frank is absolutely amazing. We bought a truck from Jon Wickham & Associates that came with a ton of issues, and of course, three months later, the transmission went out.
While the usual turnaround time is about three days, our repair took three weeks due to some seriously bad wiring. Throughout the entire process, Frank never gave up. He worked tirelessly to fix everything and handled my frustrations with such professionalism and patience.
It’s such a relief to know your vehicle is in good hands, especially after spending hard-earned money on repairs. Plus, they offer financing options, which is a huge bonus! I sincerely hope everyone in the metroplex considers this place for their transmission needs. Thank you, Frank, for your exceptional service!

Sloppy work. they rebuilt my transmission without getting my approval and it's never been right since. brought it back to them 4 times in a year and still. I've given up. they're just wasting my time now. I'll have to take it to another shop. a lifetime warranty is useless if it's never truly honored and you get a lifetime of misery for it.

Great service Antonio and his son are very professional and fast with fixing your transmission it has been two years since Antonio fix my Chevy truck and so far I haven’t had any issues. I really recommend them they also work with snap financing which was very useful to me .

Got back my truck last week Wednesday after Texas Transmission Repair had it for over 2 months. Rebuild it 3x and still the transmission isn't working properly. I paid almost $3000 for my rebuild. By Friday afternoon while driving on the highway my gears started slipping again. Today on my way home, the same thing. I want my money back but they refuse to give it to me. Do not take your vehicle here. I'm warning you. You're wasting your time and money. DONT DO IT.

Worst.. I strongly suggest no one go there.. they destroyed my car neither they could fix transmission nor they could other issues because of the replacement of transmission which never worked.. they took all money and sent me after one and half months suffering without fixing the car... Worst experience..

The day after Thanksgiving I noticed my SUV wasn't driving as well as it should. I stopped at one location and they did a test drive and advised I should take it to a transmission shop. We'll with it being the holiday weekend, I called around and no one was open in my area. I called Texas Transmission and spoke to Gabriel and he assured me that would look at my car that day. Well it had to be rebuilt. These gentlemen are so kind and kept me informed thru the repair process. They assured me I would be able to drive it home and they would pick it up the next day. They did a wonderful job and worked with my extended warranty company. Once repairs were done they even delivered they car to me. If you need repairs done you will be very happy having them doing the repair.Thank you Texas Transmission. .

1. They stole my catalytic convert. My truck still isn't running correctly as I have a delay going into 3rd gear. For what I was charged I expected better results. They quoted one price and then called saying they different factor in replacing the rear main seal. Then called again saying the found a hair line Crack which was another 250.00 add on. The guy who dropped my truck off tried to drive off while I was test driving my vehicle. I hope they read this review and know that this isn't the end. Let the fun begin.

A general mechanic gave me the contact for this place, I am really grateful to have sent my truck with them, they went to my address to pick it up, they told me it would be ready in 3 days and it was, the moment it was ready they took it to you your house. From the first day I spoke with them they were very friendly, they answered every question.
And the best thing is the lifetime guarantee, complying with the conditions they tell you. I recommend it 100%.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! MY BROTHER HAD THIS PLACE REPAIR HIS TRANSMISSON IT STOPPED 3 TIMES SINCE THEY REBUILT IT AND 6 MONTHS LATER IT'S STILL NOT WORKING CORRECT. THEY WON'T EVEN HONOR THE WARRANTY.HE WILL NEVER USE THEM AND WILL SUE THEM IN COURT.
