In February 2020 I contacted Mr. Lamb to help me do my 2019 and 2020 taxes and to also help me be able to log in to my IRS account since there was a conflict with the address they had on file and I was not being able to do so. Hence I looked for professional help and paid him $600. Its January 2022 and after I personally had to go to the IRS office and change my address I was able to log in and see that MY TAXES HAD STILL NOT BEEN FILED! Really don’t recommend at all.

My friend hired Rodney to help with her taxes & never filed them in February like he was supposed too. Completely forgot until she reached out to him 2 days ago after finding out they haven’t been filed. As a businesses owner & entrepreneur myself this is very unprofessional especially with the risk of these type of services!

Made mistakes on my taxes and refused to fix the problem they caused which caused the IRS to audit me. Continue to lie to me for weeks that they would call and never did. Lied about sending information in the mail to me. Lied about calling the IRS- I was so disappointed in how I was treated. Run away from this firm they ae not who they say they are. This is a husband and wife team, they will not call you back and most of all be careful with filing taxes with them beware of errors which causes red flags with the IRS for you will be audited. You have been warned! BEWARE!!!!!!!!
