They refuse your check in if you arrive late, which is ridiculous and not acceptable. I have never seen a hotel do something like this. This hotel treat guests like nothing, shame on them.Noteworthy details: They refuse your check in if you arrive later than some specific time.

This hotel is right next to the highway and the traffic noise is horrible! It’s non stop all night and you can even feel the vibration in the floor and walls from the traffic! It’s so bad they have a white noise machine and earplugs in the room, although they do nothing to mask the noise! To add insult to injury, they try to force you to valet you car for $35 dollars a night!Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

The worst Hilton owned hotel I have ever dealt with. I travel regularly and prefer Hilton brands over all others but stay far away from this place. The rudest and unhelpful employees EVER. And be prepared to pay an arm and leg for parking and pets.

I wouldn't recommend it, but I'm sure there are reasons to stay here. My reason, it's the closest to Medieval Times. I made my mistakes not researching more thoroughly.Pros-Received requested room, clean room, no mildew smell despite lobby flooding(dehumidifiers placed), secluded area, and forthright staff.Cons- No self-Parking, mandatory valet only. (yet, I self-parked, no mandatory valet signage, no mandatory valet on reservation confirmation, website states self-parking accessibility parking[I have DV platesANDplacard], front desk claimed city ordinance, sign hidden behind wall on day 2, in middle of road days 3 and 4.)On the first day, around 5p, I walked into their kitchen and made a fresh pot of coffee as the one in the lobby was cold. Left the two cold/empty ones next to the sink.Breakfast from 6a-9a, no eggs from 8a-9a on the first morning. Second morning I waited 20 minutes for more pancake batter 825a-845a.Business center in open lobby. Outdoor smoking section next to front entrance. In plain clothes, having a coffee and cigarette, another guest asked if I was valet. Lol.Valet sets off vehicle panic alarms in am to find vehicles.Refrigerator in room was unplugged upon arrival. Added ice bucket to keep it cold.No pool.Next to freeway on access road.Staff parks in Hilton Diamond Member Reserved parking spots.Noteworthy details: Mandatory Valet Parking ONLY

Watch out SCAMMERS!We made our reservation through Orbitz, when we got there they told us we had to make a $100 deposit and that would be refunded to us on the Next 5-7 business days. This was exactly one month ago, and the refund has not been refunded. We have tried contacting the manager (if there is one), but we get different excuses, like he is on lunch, he is on another floor, or he is just not in the building. We are always told he will call us back but he or she never does. At this point I believe our money has been stolen. Whenever we get to talk with someone they tell us they will send us the proof of refund, but we still have not gotten it.I would not like to think this is a race issue, or maybe they think just because we are in another country we will not fight for our money. On top of this, ELEVATORS DID NOT WORK!, we were placed on the sixth floor and we had to carry our bags up and down every day.At this point I may have lost my deposit, but please beware when staying in this hotel.Staff is not nice! And the manager likes to hide behind them.

Nice newly redone motel. The rooms are nice, no carpet, that is a plus. Breakfast is never changing for the 3 days I stayed. It would be nice if the breakfast changed everyday, most other motels do this. Omelets one day, biscuit and gravy the next, sausage links, sausage patties, bacon and so on. Maybe breakfast burritos. All are supplied for quick prep for motels. Parking will cost you $35 per day. If you stay here, get a room in the back, entrance side, they have an eight lane highway across the street.( Four lane each way + bypass on both sides)

Good location to planned event. Even though room was very clean, it was on the rather small side . And street noise was very noticable.

The hotel itself is what you'd expect for a Tru, clean and with friendly staff. However, what they don't tell you until you arrive is that you HAVE to valet at $35 per night. There is NO option to self park. Additionally, the breakfast was ok but lacking options compared to most Hilton hotels I visit. Between these two things, I would rather have paid a little more per night and been significantly closer to the convention center.

Not often we put in a review, except when we believe it would support and filter out all the biased / fake / influenced reviews out there. We are Diamond members and use Hilton hotels alot (as well as Marriott to ensure we have options). This was an interesting experience. Hotel is more or less what you expect. Perhaps a bit lower standard quality on rooms and amenities for normal Tru by Hilton. The service is sub par. Only valet parking, not even Diamon member benefits. That would be ok, unless we were instructed otherwise by night staff. Came in super late after having a car breakdown, night staff saying one thing, and Saturday morning staff being extremely little understanding. Rooms sub par. Breakfast the same, parking as mentioned, price not as paid for ... why stay another second when all of these things go against us. Stay away, or be more inviting as a hotel

If you value your sleep/sanity do not stay here. The noise from the highway is unreal.Honestly impressive how cheap the developer was able to go on every last detail of this dump, especially the low quality windows. Kudos to them. Also elevators don’t work so pack light if you do stay here for some reason.

This hotel I’m at is terrible. They advertise on site restaurant, but don’t mention it’s not open during the week. I had no shampoo, not a drop. They’ve run out of breakfast both days over TWO HOURS before breakfast ended. When they did have breakfast it was inedible. The eggs had dark spots in them and the sausage paties looked like some nasty concoction of rat meat mushed into a disc

Elevators were out kind of an inconvenience when you are on the 5th floor. When you book it doesn't tell you it only valet parking for 35 a night. Yes they have a bar on top problem is its alot of 20 somethings that stay way later than they should making all.kimds of noise in the parking lot. You don't have to be staying at the hotel to use the bar hence alot of outside traffic . For the price we paid I would have stayed somewhere else .. Rooms were huge and Clean. But having a Elevator that wasn't working on the weekend was just to much.

I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed one night and forced to pay $40 for the “valet” to move our car a foot away one single time. The “valet” wasn’t even at the stand and we waited for 15 minutes before parking our own car. When complaining to the front desk about no one being there, she said the valet price would be refunded after checking out. Biggest waste of money in my entire life. NOT ONLY THAT! When leaving, the “valet” just handed us our car keys and didn’t even pull our freaking car up. $40 to drive my own car.
